Quality Professional Coaching
I wasn't sure what to expect but I am greatly pleased with my sessions and the outcomes achieved. The time I spent with my assigned coach, Jo, was high quality and extremely important to my professional development. She helped me reflect on my desired outcomes and provided ideas and suggestions to help work toward them. I ended up implementing a couple of her suggestions beyond my immediate relationships to my wider team so I'm thrilled it had a knock on effect. Every manager needs a coach from time to time in their career and I am extremely pleased we were offered this service as resource.

Coaching for wellbeing sessions
I have never used coaching before but saw the NES advert offering sessions for staff and felt this might help me move forward with career decisions at a time when there were significant changes about to happen in my working life.
The sessions really helped me focus in on what was important for me, my wellbeing and helped me plan some practical steps to work towards my goals.
Having someone external and neutral help me talk through my options was also really valuable. The time allocated felt about right and the coach herself was fantastic.
I would use this service again if required and would highly recommend to others.
