I bought an extended cargo liner from Back door to the second row of my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I opened the box very excited, installed it, and it was all curled up. It felt cheap, so I instantly reached out to return it. The guy said that there would be a 15% restocking fee and asked me if I wanted to proceed. He told me that I would receive an email that would have the return instructions. When it all came down to it, something that I paid $97 for, they were only going to refund me $55. I had to pay a 15% restocking fee and $28 for shipping. I wish I would’ve just bought it with my Amazon prime because I could’ve just returned it. Do not ever buy anything from this company because the quality is crap for what you pay for and you’re pretty much only gonna get 50% back if you don’t want it
