The knives I got are very good. The product was shipped very promptly and was sent to ups.
This is where it gets bad when ups had trouble getting the package to me. They had internal problems within ups which caused me to only get my knives.Two days ago, which was over twenty days for me to have my knives. This is no reflection on the company.This is a reflection on ups.

Reason for 4 stars is I had ordered it early for a birthday and I had no updates on shipping and was concerned as the package was late but I had not been told a reason why, it turned out when I contacted customer service that one of my items was out of stock and they quickly sent out the remaining items and the out of stock item in a few days. It would be 5 stars if there was some sort of contact to let me know why it was late or that I had the option to receive in two packages, other than that it was a great experience and all of my knives are still in great condition, came very well packaged and in my opinion amazing quality

Fast, well packed, well priced.

The website is easy to navigate and well ordered, I found what I wanted easily. Purchase was straight forward, delivery fast and everything went well for me. The product itself was a Tomahawk, I wanted one for a while now just for odd jobs and camping. So far it's been great, surprisingly so for the price, I chopped up and old Christmas tree and it made short work and felt as good as any hatchet I've used.

Thank you for your response. I got a call last week after I left a review on your site, having been prompted by your email request to do so. My review was essentially the below. I'm not sure what the v/mail said that was left as the reception wasn't good. I can't say I feel any different since this review, I got my goods in the end which were grand. I just wouldn't use a service that has been this stressful again.

No response from company despite several emails.

UPS have bounced my package from pillar to post with yet another delay in sight, I reached out to K+T for help with no response so I contacted UPS myself.
Safe to say I'll be avoiding companies that use them in future. My parcel will be delayed for another day now which means it will be a week late.
Again reached out to K+T for the third time now with, currently, no response.
Last time they'll get my business, terrible customer service.

Products and packaging were great. Delivery was disappointing. UPS delivery service would not deliver because there was no one home to accept the package and then a couple of days later, delivered the package when no one was there to accept it! . Very disappointing because the package was due to be delivered on Christmas Eve and came 3 days later instead.

It was exactly as described and my husband was thrilled with it.

Overall, the experience of purchasing items from Knivesandtools was very satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate, the product range and product information were comprehensive, and pricing was competitive. Once ordered and paid for, the items were despatched promptly and tracking information was transparent. The one unsatisfactory element concerned the final delivery: the delivery operative rang the doorbell, but didn't wait for someone to answer the door before leaving almost €600 worth goods outside, admittedly partially hidden from view by a parked car. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
