GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered a Cold Air Intake from K&N alongside a complete filter set, I got the right filters but the wrong Intake. I'd sent 5 emails in total & hadn't got a response back so I was starting to get concerned, but they sent me an email apologizing for the delayed response and to let me know they shipped the correct one...and never asked me to return the wrong one they sent! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT K&N, YOU'RE AWESOME!!
Thieves
They took our companies money to create a custom filter for our company, knowing that they wouldn't complete the project as they were going to stop doing this type of work, and they refused to refund even though they never provided the product. This company, and their associates, are a bunch of thieves.
Cold air induction 6th gen camaro
Bought a cold air induction for my 2023 camaro 2ss. The kit is nice, but there was a part missing, and the instructions and video show removing the sound tube, which the 2ss does not have. The 20 & 50 torx head they tell you is needed, is not. Waste of money there.
Costumer for life.
I would like to say that they stand behind there product. I called them about a possible warranty on an air filter for my motorcycle. I purchased the bike used in 09 and the first thing I did was install a K&N air filter. It’s now 2024 and the filter media has started to deteriorate. I have always cleaned it every spring for the summer riding season. I called them and explained what was going on with the filter. They sent me a new one no questions asked. They didn’t even have me pay shipping. I was not expecting that. I will definitely be only running there filters for the rest of my life. You have definitely made a costumer for life.
Don't Purchase anything from K&N Filters!
They sent the wrong size wiper blades and they expect me to pay for them to be returned to them. Won't buy anything from K&N again.

The worst customer service ever. All they care is to get your money and when you need their support they won’t give the extra effort to have a happy customer. Will not do business with K&N ever.

Skewed reviews shady practices
I posted a 1 star review on their store for a poor fitment cabin filter that had to be curved and shoved making the filtration useless At 3x the cost oem. I get thr email confirmaion of my review and to my surprise my review was NOT posted on thir product site. It only has a handful of 5 star reviews only. This immediately made me lose trust in this company over thir shady practices and skewed reviews. I will never trust another one of their "high rated" products. Purchased many air intakes in tbe past. Will look elsewhere many options out there

Wrong filter
Bought a filter for my Z4. It was the wrong type and size. Returned it as requested by the support. A month later no refund. Avoid buying stuff from their official website. I have already disputed the transaction with PayPal and am waiting for a resolution. I did email the support but no response yet.

Ordered a filter which turned up looking worse than the one that came off the car!! Was told it must have got damaged on delivery to which I made them aware the packaging is not damaged in the slightest, and that it had left their warehouse damaged!! Placing the order went very smooth it was trying to get a response from anyone afterwards which proved to be difficult! However luckily I got through to a gentleman called Alan in the UK centre who sounded very stressed and mentioned also there is nobody manning the phones and how he’s trying to do it all!! I mean for a company that have been running this long that is pretty poor! Managed to get a replacement in the end but it was a task getting it!

I was interested in a cold air intake. My Boyfriend saw the one K&N had and said if I got it he would put it in. I placed the order and right away, (I knew something was off!) I'll make it short and sweet: Criminal enterprise! Or at least this is how I saw them as being potentially. I thought They had no intention of sending me their product. I didn't even receive an invoice! I called then wrote to their customer service (Again) this time I told them if I did not hear back from them I will be contacting my credit company and dispute the charges. They did respond, time stamped it an hour before I sent my email to them...Cute! Their email was so shady Google flagged it as ("Suspicious! Do not open links! This is from an outside source!") Thank Goodness for Google! K&N what happened to you? Don't do Business with these people. Have a nice day:) Today 8/17/23 I received an email stating my order has been shipped? (I have had a conversation with my card company about them.) I feel gaslighted by these people! "Standby" What would anyone expect acting as they do. So many others who have dealt with them have had the very same experience. This makes me very uncomfortable! Now, let us see if I actually get my full / correct order. Why do business this way.....Why? I'll update when I get my order, it is supposed to be here tomorrow? Hopefully in its complete form. 8/18/2023 I received my order and my friend installed it. Everything is fine. The only thing I have to say at this point is: (Work ON Your Customer Service Staff!) Or just change the way you do business? And read the comments below; the overwhelming number of nightmarish experiences! How much faith can one gain from reading these? Anyway It's in and it seems to work. This I'm grateful of.

Purchased a K & N oil filter, when ready to fit it got conflicting reports about if it would fit or not. Emailed K & N 10 times and no response. Avoid this company at all costs, most appalling company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. What's the use of having a so called "customer service" email if there is never any reply. Incredibly poor customer service as of late. I have used K&N products including oil filters, air filters, and intakes for over 10 years on various vehicles. Recently placed a new order, priority shipping. The order was delayed and never shipped after 5+ business days. After speaking with 3 different K&N reps through the process, I never received a single answer regarding why shipment was delayed. The only answer received that is outside the typical support jargon was "we dropped the ball, it will definitely ship tomorrow".
This is certainly a reflection of current times in general, I find many businesses struggling with routine operations post-pandemic. K&N has not found a way to handle it, and no one there seems to care to improve the situation currently. I fear this may reflect quality control and assurance on their newest parts as well.
My personal opinion is that customer service or support can make or break a deal, and quite quickly at that. Especially when multiple interactions seem to all give the same result.
Faulty product and ZERO customer service
Spent £420 on an induction kit for it to be faulty with a huge air leak in the piping.
Contacted them via email 4 times to have zero response.
Contacted on Twitter only to have my tweet deleted and also contacted on Facebook only to have them read the message and not reply.
Absolutely disgusting service and I am now going to make a chargeback with my bank to get a refund.
