Staff were super-helpful helping me to find things.

I also like the sale every month. KMS have professional grade tools, and another tier for Weekend Warriors. Having a very wide range of almost any tool and accessory that one can imagine - it’s like a one stop tool shop.

The large car park is a real bonus as well.

Spill & HazMat Response Trailers. That's all we do. And we're very good at it. We fall under 'Industrial Sales' at KMS Victoria and Paul and Chuck have yet to let us down. Our industry, and the nature of what we do, demands integrity, timely performance, accuracy. Generally time is of the essence. I have been shopping at KMS since 2019. This review is not just for one day but for every day I have shopped there. The staff are helpful, knowledge and always close by when you have a question. Return policy is excellent. I have dealt primary with George for the larger tool purchases and he helped me set up my shop. He and Jeff were very helpful and knowledge. It is my favourite place to shop.

A couple of things. One of the sockets I ordered was the wrong type, so it was reordered and secondly, they called but didn’t leave a message. I assumed it was to tell me the sockets were in so I stopped in and they were there. No apology for the lack of info.

I’ve always found the people working to be very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is sometimes it is hard to find certain items in the store that are listed as in stock online. Prices are very competitive and the number of options are great!!

A little bit difficult to return unused items. Cashiers need approval from a salesperson which you need to go find. But a great store with super helpful staff.

The KMS store I shop is Victoria bc and the staff are great. I have to take a ferry to get there so each trip adds $50.00 to shopping If KMS offered a delivery option ie Canada Post or ACE courier I would have more $ to spend on tools .I mostly shop for machine shop tooling so any improvement in that area would be great
