Since they moved to the new location they've expanded staff and got some very good people on the floors to help as soon as you enter the store. I was looking for 5" 8 hole RO sand paper, What I found was slight over kill in a 100 count box. Better to many than not enough though. 40grit is as low as you can find anywhere in the city and only they had it.

Every time I go into the Red Deer store or phone the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are good my dog is welcome and when I call the Coquitlam auto parts branch they are always great to deal with

KMS tools staff need training
KMS has an awesome selection of tools and equipment. Unfortunately they do not train their staff to properly educate and assist customers. The front till staff are very slow and I had many staff walk by me without acknowledging me or ever make eye contact.

Always a good experience
I've shopped in store and online with this company and have never had any issues with them. Sometimes their pricing is way better than anything else I can find. In store the associates are always helpful and when I order online and have questions, they are always quick to respond.
I will continue using them for the foreseeable future.

Helpful staff and massive new location. The person who helped me seemed a little reluctant to begin with but ended up being a huge help and gave me some info, I did not know (if you buy a tool, you get 15% off accessories for said tool that same day only)
