Great Service
Once again great help and service. Every couple of minutes someone asks If I need any help. Very attentive. This time around, bought a full roofers harness and a Dewalt Green Laser level package. Had everything in stock and the prices were great. Thanks

Great assistance on a Fuji Spray system!
The staff at the Chilliwack location were a great help for us when were looking for a paint/stain spraying system to speed up production in our siding company. After looking at several different models we settled on the Semi-Pro 2 HVLP system. So far it's been great for our exterior applications: very efficient, easy set up and use, and a breeze to clean. All important to someone new to a paint spraying system. Thanks KMS for pointing us in the right direction to a great product.

No issues but no refunds Kms Tools

They just need to check the conditions according to their profession but they just keep saying no refund! Canada don't do BUSINESS like this ! Very Disappointed with this Company !Speechless! BEWARE COMSUMBERS WHEN U BUY THINGS FROM KMS TOOLS U MIGHT NOT GET A REFUND!! PS: First I declare I never used the tool not even ONCE! after I bought the it then I realized I should check out how's the quality of the Brand i got so i search youtube' 10 best torque wrench but none of the brand TITAN So I decided for a Return Actually it's ALL MY FAULT I SHOULD READ ABOUT CUSTOMERS REVIEWS ABOUT HOW KMS TOOLS N EQUIPMENT ONCE U BOUGHT SOMETHING U NEVER WISH U CAN GET A REFUND EVEN THE RECEIPT PRINTED 30 DAYS REFUND!

KMS Tools will return any product that is new and unused in the original packaging with a few exceptions like safety equipment. However some products once used, like torque wrenches, cannot be returned as they are specialty precision equipment. Please reach out to our Chilliwack Store Manager, Terry Allin by email at terry.allin@kmstools.com or by phone 604-426-0554 to further discuss your experience.
Update: When you spoke to our manager on the phone we did offer for you to come back to the store so we could resolve this for you. The offer still stands if your product is new and unused please contact the Chilliwack Store Manager so we can get this corrected for you.

I found it took way too long to get picked for pick up.
I found it took way too long to get order ready for pick up. Everything was in stock already, but still took three days to get picked. Not satisfactory. Then when I got final invoice, I noticed that they did not give me the latest sale prices. So, then I had to go back to store & get my sale price differential refund,

Staff was friendly, but not as knowledgable as I like. I was in looking at knife sharpeners, but the staff in that section didn't know the product (or that they had the product on the shelf).
