NO CREDIBILITY WHATSOEVER, STAY AWAY, NO ACCOUNTABLITY
For starters please stay away from this company, they appear to be credible but the moment your transaction has issues they usually is no contact whatsoever from them. I had issue with a transfer made through kmoney, i received notification stating the money had been deposited in the recipient's account. On the other hand the recipient made it clear that no funds were received, the transfer was deemed not successful! Since then i have notified kmoney all to no avail, no attempt made to resolve the matter or point me in the right direction. I will definitely not rest until justice is done and get my money back. I am sending this review for people to stay away from them. In addition to their lack of credibility their customer service is shambolic, i will do everything legally possible to stop this company from operation. They need to be shut down forth with. See you in Court Kmoney.

Would not recommend
I have been using K Money for a while now and haven’t had any problems so far. But recently I send some money and they stated on the website that it was deposited while it was not deposited. The contact details provide from them are not of any use , it’s seems almost impossible to contact them.I wouldn’t recommend the service because you don’t know which day your money
might not reach . I hope there will be a explanation for why non of there contact details are working and why the money was not deposited.

The worst customer service anywhere in…
The worst customer service anywhere in UK as per Money Transfer. They wont pick up your calls once you sent the money to their account. And worst still, no replies to emails. They will only sent you emails after you might have sent numerous emails to them. Why having a phone line when you wont answer it. I will never use this Kangaroo money agent ever again.

Never use these guys. They are NEVER transparent with their rate and would come up with commissions they never told you before initiating transaction with them. They have the worst customer service in the world. Use at your own peril.
