I met with Kara today and was very impressed with all the tests that they do. Kara explained everything extremely well & at no time did I feel rushed even though the appointment went over time. I look forward to my fitting on Friday of my new high tech aids.
What also was nice was that I was offered a drink & a biscuit as soon as I walked through the door. You don’t get that at Specsavers. Thank you Kara & Dave.

From the moment I entered I felt comfortable, an excellent cup of coffee, thanks Dave.
Kara explained everything in detail but in understandable terms and elaborated on any concerns I had. Everything she did was shown to me on the big screen including video of the insides of my ears. I found the whole experience informative and helpful. I will definitely go back for the free yearly checkups.

Hearing Solutions came to the rescue! My brother-in-law came from Somerset to stay with us for a week in West Cornwall and was having trouble with his NHS hearing aids to the extent that he could not wear them. We went to Truro and visited Specsavers and Boots audiologists who were unhelpful.
We then found Hearing Solutions where Kara was unbelievably helpful and quickly sorted the problem. My brother-in-law can now fully enjoy his holiday with us and we can all have a conversation with him!!

Whilst away on holiday our daughter developed blocked ears, to the point they were causing her a lot of discomfort. We tried numerous ear wax removal places, either they didn’t answer or had no availability whatsoever. We happened to walk by K&M Hearing Solutions and asked if they had any emergency appointments and to our relief they got my daughter sorted out right there on the spot.

The practice was very welcoming, most importantly everything clean and calming for my anxious 8year old.
Cara was absolutely amazing she even did my ears too :)

After the wax was removed I had a happy daughter again.

I had a brilliant experience with Kara today. She put me quickly at ease, explained everything that was going to happen and then carried out a ‘service and mot’ on my poor blocked ears. I couldn’t believe the result! The vacuuming quickly did the trick in both ears and the live-feed-camera showed me the results in glorious HD! The £60 fee also included a very comprehensive hearing check which I understand will be repeated in 12 months time free of charge. Thank you K&M Hearing Solutions 10/10 👍

Appointment easily booked online at quite short notice. Well-appointed and equipped premises, staff very friendly and helpful. Wax removal efficiently and safely carried out. Price very reasonable. Post-procedure hearing screen inevitably revealed usual age-related issues; the advantages of purchasing hearing aids at some stage were explained but not pressed. All in all a good experience.

Wax removed and free baseline hearing test carried out (at my home) yesterday.

I was able to book an appointment easily for my husband online when his ear was feeling blocked. Kara welcomes you with a smile when you enter and has excellent customer service skills.

Kara was informative, reassuring and very knowledgable with her practice. The surroundings are modern, extremely clean and the latest technology is used in procedures to ensure customers have the best treatment. As part of the removal of wax cost which was reasonable, all customers are offered a free hearing screening test. This was conducted straight after the wax removal and then the findings explained in detail. Options are offered to you afterwards if required but there is no pressure to book in.

I was passed to K&M Hearing Solutions in a bit of an emergency as I had an obstruction within my ear. They remained open late on a Friday afternoon for me and dealt with me quickly and professionally which meant that I did need to go to hospital. After the obstruction had been removed, I was given a hearing test. I could not thank them enough for what they did for me. I would highly recommend K&M.

Kara was superb. I’ve struggled with mild hearing loss and tinnitus for years. She reassured me, ran some tests and diagnosed the problem. I tried a hearing aid for the first time and was blown away by the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service. I hope to be in touch again soon to complete my treatment.
