Trzymajcie się od tej firmy z daleka. To złodzieje i oszuści.

I ordered a big order of ATX equipment for a home gym in March. I heard nothing for weeks and eventually got a response via email that it was being sent. My order came over several weeks in multiple different packages with frustrating slow and unclear comms via email. Eventually it turned out a bar and 2 x 15kg plates were missing from my order. The bar was eventually delivered. I was first promised the 15kg bumpers would be delivered 3rd May, then on 13th May i was promised a refund within the next few days. For the last 6 weeks I have heard nothing further from them and I received no refund. I am reporting them to my bank as fraudulent to try to recover the refund. From other reviews here, this appears to be the scam; to send incomplete orders then go silent.

This company is highly criminal. I have spent over a 1000 EUR over two years ago and still haven’t received my order. On top of that you cannot reach them under any form of communication. I would avoid at all cost. This is a scam. I even tried to reach out to ATX, as Klubfitness acts as their distributor but they didn’t seem to care either.

Brak kontaktu telefonicznego, mailowego. Czekam około 3 miesięcy.

I have ordered few weights and have not received products. Tried to call them but they do not answer the phone. I sent e-mail reminders, nobody answer. I regret I did not check opinions before placing order.

Absolute scam. I placed €1400 order and over a year later received some of it. They then stopped replying about a refund for the rest of it or fulfilling the entire order.

I placed an order more than 6 months ago for the ATX dip station, received one package which contained only two parts (out of a half a dozen!)
Ignoring my emails to send the remaing parts.
This company should be removed from the list of ATX official dealers and their site should be shut down to prevent any further scams!

I placed an order 4 months ago, no package received, no response to my 10 emails, this company should not sell atx equipment, when we read the comments, no customers were delivered, a shame

I've tried to buy an ATX bench from them. Order was placed more than a month ago but it is still in pending. I've tried to contact them via mail (at both info@ and compliant@ addresses), site messages, facebook messages and phone calls, but so far they never replied so I haven't got my money back yet.
I can understand orders might be slow to be processed in this period, but not receiving any reply really worries me so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

UPDATE:
After contacting ATX directly via Instagram and complaining about their reseller, they sent an email directly to klubfitness.pl. Not sure if this was related, anyway the day after my order was canceled and I received money back.

And in all of this klubfitness.pl never replied to any of my messages/emails.
