Am o mașină de înghețată Klarstein Dolce Bacio Smart. Capacul transparent s-a spart la un moment dat, un lucru banal, poate să pățească oricine. Am scris la Klarstein să cer capacul ca piesă de schimb. Răspunsul, ticket 8008295066: nu au piesa disponibilă.

Practic asta înseamnă că orice componentă mică se strică, arunci tot aparatul. Nu vorbim de un defect major, de motor sau compresor. Un capac de plastic. Și nu-l poți cumpăra separat.

Am mai verificat și la alt brand cu produse aproape identice, tot din segmentul ăsta de electrocasnice ieftine — aceeași poveste, aceeași politică. Pare un model de business, nu o excepție: nu investesc în stoc de piese, te obligă să cumperi un aparat întreg din nou pentru o piesă de câțiva lei.

Dacă ții la un aparat pe termen lung, evită. Costul real nu e prețul de listă, e cheltuiala dublă sau triplă pe care o ai garantat, mai devreme sau mai târziu, când se strică ceva mărunt și nu ai de unde să-l repari.

I am sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered.
I ordered a kitchen cart wich came in so many pieces like a puzzle.
Plus the main surface in metal was already scrached.
I tried to follow the instructions, on a piece of wood there was a hole missing, also the screws were too short to keep the construct together. I tried to return the product and they are proposing 20% refund and keep the product. No, thanks, I don' t need that.

Koop geen Klarstein producten. Klarstein verkoop hun retour producten op de nederlandste markt o.a. via groothandels in nederland. bijvoorbeeld via Jouwklimaatkast.nl. daarbij wordt aangegeven dat een product 100% technisch in orde is, maar dat is zelden het geval. bij mij 1 het product 3 keer stuk gegaan in het eerste jaar, en definitief stuk in het 2de jaar. de nederlandse groothandel doet hier niets tegen maar heeft ook geen reputatie te beschermen. Ik heb 3 keer contact opgenomen met de klantenservice van Klarstein met de vraag waar of wie kan ik dit laten repareren. Klarstein stuurt je proffesioneel het bos in. product is welliswaqr van Klarstein maar niet bij heb verkocht. ze hebben een mooi verdienmodel om van hun retour goederen af te komen zonder reputatieschade op het merk Klarstein, waarschijnlijk juridisch houdbaar, maar verwerplijk. dus KOOP GEEN KLARSTEIN PRODUCTEN, ZE NEMEN GEEN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEID VOOR HUN PRODUCTEN

I bought a bbq from the website in June through the payment on delivery option. Unfortunately, the delivery company they used is a complete nightmare. I never received the parcel, they just marked it off as a failed delivery attempt and returned it to Klarstein.
Upon contacting the customer service and asking them to please resend the parcel, they told me to simply order the product again - because the price had increased by more than 30% in the meantime!
I had contacted the delivery company several times trying to get my hands on the original parcel and also made it very clear to Klarstein that I absolutely still wanted the product and simply never got a chance to accept the delivery. Over the past two months, it's been marked "out of stock" twice, so instead of honoring a valid purchase contract, they resold MY product to other customers at the new higher price. I never received an order cancellation from them and their own t&cs clearly state the purchase contract will be considered effective at the time of order confirmation. I have all the documentation to prove it wasn't my fault that I didn't receive my order in the first place, yet they stubbornly try to make me pay for their mistakes.
I'm seriously considering taking the matter to European consumer protection.

Ik had een hektor afzuigkap besteld.
Nóóit ontvangen gehad,terwijl GLS een link stuurde dat hij richting mijn huis ging.
Het heeft mij letterlijk maanden gekost om een normaal mailverkeer te hebben,want Duitsland bellen heeft geen nut.
Eindelijk moest ik een formulier in vullen en gingen ze een onderzoek starten.
Dit mag tot 7/10 werkdagen duren.
Wederom contact gehad,waarom het zó lang duurde.
Nu dan,
Bijna 2 weken geleden kreeg ik een mail dat het bedrag zou worden terug gestort binnen 3 tot 5 werkdagen.
Het staat er nu nog niet op.
Want zeggen ze,"we gaan het naar de desbetreffende afdeling sturen"
Ik vrees dat ik niets terug krijg.
Ik vind ook dat Trustpilot hier de eindverantwoordelijke is.
Want dat zijn ze ook,dus Trustpilot, neem aub contact met mij op.

Produsele din sticla au fost impachetate necorespunzator si au venit cioburi.
Au o procedura foarte complicata pentru refund. Nu mai spun ca mi-au trimis email in care imi cer sa returnez produsele pe cheltuiala mea si sa le impachetez astfel incat sa ma asigur ca nu vor suferi defectiuni pe timpul transportului. Asta dupa ce le-am spus ca le-am primit cioburi.

They had something wrong with their website when i was in payment page and i waited for payment confirmation.

I emailed them to cancel one of the two identical orders (because of buggy website) which I was charged twice....

Initially they told me they could cancel over phone one of the orders. On the email they said they cannot cancel one of the items, creating more problems and stress for me. Useless customer service that don't know nothing. Would deserve 5 negative stars or 0 stars,not 1 star.

I bought an infrared panel hoping to solve the cold problem inside a study of 2.2x2.2 therefore less than 5 square meters. The product purchased in the specifications indicates that it is suitable for an environment of 10 square meters. Now, perhaps they wrote badly and instead of square meters they wanted to write centimeters paintings, I don't know, but this crap does not heat even 5 square meters. At the beginning I thought that the product was defective and I asked for a replacement but also the second is the same, in 30 minutes with an 18 -degree starting temperature, it remained them and has not increased only one degree in an environment of 5sqm (and with height of 240 instead of the classic 280). Having said that, I invite you to save money because these products are the only thing that increase is energy expenditure!

Unfortunately, I really can't recommend this company for buying anything. While the buying and the delivery experience is pretty good, when it comes to customer experience and what they actually deliver, it's a complete mess.
I have bought from them Brisket BBQ. The product arrived in a good time and in general it has a good quality. The bad side is that they advertise with big bold letters that it includes also a BBQ hood, which never arrived. When I contacted them, they gave me a standard reply and completely ignored the huge screenshot from their website where it says it's included and simply responded that it's not in the package and I should buy it separately. When I tried to move forward with a complaint, they simply provided a link which generates a return label and where they ask you to return the product. There is nobody to talk to after the product has been delivered.

Avoid them.
