Run away this app is a scam!

I renew my subscription and they don't let me edit 10 new videos.
A pop up appears and inform me that I need to upgrade to do so...
While I just renew my subscription, this is a joke!!!

Use another service but ran away from this one.
I left a bad review last month but I wanted to give them a second chance. Now I lost $29...

à fuir !!! le logiciel bug sans arrêt, les pages mettent un temps fou à s'afficher, tout bug dans l'espace montage, on doit constamment tout recommencer,
et 400€ l'année pour un logiciel avec aucun service client, que des robots ia qui font des réponses toutes faites, c'est insupportable.....
plus jamais je ne le reprends

The best automated shorts generator I've had out of 3 I've tried. Instantly got massive engagement on my channels from this!!

I signed up with Klap and was unable to use it for almost three weeks. It took that long for customer service to finally respond to my issue and fix my account.

They did fix it, but by then more than half the month was gone, leaving me with limited time to use the generations before the next billing cycle.

The AI chat told me that since I had the issues, it was a “safe bet” my refund would be granted—but I still have to cancel first and lose access to everything just to find out. Why should I take that chance after paying for a service I couldn’t even use for most of the month?

The whole setup feels shady and unfair.

I was offered a creator position at Klap.app. After an interview and initial onboarding, communication completely stopped once I sent a simple service contract for both sides to sign.
Sharing this so others can double-check agreement details before applying.
Be careful about companies that want you to work without a contract.

The shorts looked ok so I assumed it would allow me to download and post on my social media. Then I got the payment page. There was a share option which I assume they wanted to keep their logo for promotional purposes. I connected a few of my social medias which was a waste of time as I got the payment page again once I went to post.

This is not a FREE Trial, It's a company wasting your time.

I only wish it would allow me to add my own captions instead of edit existing ones.

okay this isn't a real review I just needed some tech help and I noticed you answered reviews I've been trying for the past week to get some tech help and human agents haven't been answering and keep saying waiting for teamate. the app keeps saying network error please try again and check my connection but I've been to three different Wi-Fi spots the Ai robot in tech support keeps saying it's because too many people are on the app but I've been trying at different times of the day and I tried at midnight during the weekend and Friday and I tried refreshing the page and just exiting out completely and resigning in nothing has worked what should I do because I haven't posted in days and I just lost a subscriber.(don't worry I'll delete this after I get a reply)

This tool is extremely easy to use and offers significant value to content creators.

The software is very good, minus one big thing. The captions never seem to align right. And getting them to align manually is almost impossible. Other than that, the product is awesome! It just makes it really hard when the program cant automate the captions correctly.

I've been using Klap since Friday. I also created my TikTok the same day. I have a couple of videos with a few thousand views and one that's over 70k views, my TikTok has 110 followers already, and 1650 likes!!! It's only been 4 days

Klap is scam. There’s no way to cancel subscription and customer service doesn’t contact you. I would say just skip this app altogether and call your bank.
