Kosta is incredible - I found him after I did research on Perrin and long covid. I am so glad I did. It sounds dramatic, but LC showed up for me as exhaustion, not being able to walk up the stairs unaided (sometimes crawling), and felt just a limited version of myself. Couldn't do any sport. 12 weeks with Kosta changed my life. I occasionally see him for top up appointments, and seen him for issues with my hip (caused from childbirth), I can't recommend him enough.

Kosta went above and beyond just treating one part of my body that I was focusing my attention on, he treated the whole body. Bringing me into my body as I felt safe to do so, so much so my system regulated into a quiet calm presence which was still enough to notice subtle nuances in the body, tightness, twists and turns - as we discussed after to integrate part of the treatment. weeks after I am still working on the information shared afterwards.
