I made a mistake on my order and the customer service team were quick to help. My order arrived safely and a lot quicker than I expected.

Bought the floating glasses retainer to keep my glasses safe when at sea. The retainer is fluorescent so easily visible, fits on the glasses well and as described it floats, comfy to wear too. Easy payment system and good communications, well packaged. Will use again. Thankyou

Further to my earlier review today, the problem I had with lack of communication is now resolved after I rang the contact number. For reasons unknown, none of the emails I had sent had been received. I am happy to completely revise my earlier review. This is a good product and once I had established contact, the sellers couldn't have been more helpful.
