Very poor quality
I placed an order during the World Cup for the first time, taking advantage of my positive experiences with Futgy.
Customer service was generally responsive and helpful, the only flaw being the lack of WhatsApp contact, which slows down interactions. Preparing the order took a long time, requiring 14 days and several reminders. This is understandable given the ongoing competition, but it could have been communicated in advance.
Once shipped, delivery took about a week and a half.
The quality of the jersey, however, is truly poor. The front and sleeve sponsors are printed directly onto the fabric, and the badge is sewn on, but in a very crude manner.
It's a shame, because I thought I'd found another quality site.

Regarding the preparation time, our stated processing time is always measured in WORKING days. We kindly invite you to double-check whether the 14 days you mention are indeed 14 WORKING days, as weekends and public holidays are not included in our processing estimates. During the World Cup, we also experienced an exceptionally high order volume, which affected preparation times. We are, however, pleased that once your order was dispatched, it arrived in approximately a week and a half, demonstrating that, without the exceptional demand during the tournament, the overall delivery process would have been considerably faster.
We are genuinely sorry that you were disappointed with the quality of this particular jersey. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We encourage you to contact us via email, Instagram or TikTok with photos and details of the issue so that we can review your case and provide the appropriate support. We are always happy to help resolve any genuine product concerns.

Ordered 2 shirts and it came 3 weeks later. Both were in great quality and only had a slight issue with a shirt with the embroidery. I contacted their support and they helped me very quick. They compensated me with the issue and i would recommend buying from them! Thank you.

Scammers
They are scammers it says on the tracking app that it’s delivered to the pick up spot but I have not gotten a pick up code, and when I try to call them or send an email it says that they don’t exist. Stay away!!!

Very nice shirts
Very nice. bought 2 shirts and the quality Is super good. took about 2 weeks to ship. normally a size medium and I decided to buy them in medium as well instead of sizing up and they are true to size. 10/10 would deff recommend.
