Just had my kitchen wrapped and we are delighted with it…totally transformed it and guy who fitted was so helpful and friendly.

Went to book in my kitchen wrap at the showroom at the beginning of January. I would highly recommend going out to visit there branch and seeing all the samples as Lorraine was absolutely fantastic on the day and talked me through all the options and answered any questions I had. She also pointed out a few other things I didn’t realise I could have such as the glass splash back above the cooker which has made the final look of the kitchen exceed my expectations.

My installation was booked for the middle of March which also gave me confidence I had chosen the company wisely as they are obviously very popular. Iain came out to do the initial survey the week before and put me at complete ease again of what was going to happen on installation day. Everything went ahead and I was able to leave the workers with the keys and in and out for 3 days with no disruption to my working day and the place cleared up at the end of each day of work to come home to. I was so pleased with this as I’ve heard so many horror stories of new full kitchen installations taking months of disruption with issues. Whereas choosing kitchen wrapping has given me a basically brand new kitchen with none of this headache.

There were a couple of snagging issues along the way but i believe these types of things can always happen whatever work you’re having done and with patience this company went above and beyond to make sure I was happy in the end. Ian came out with his colleague and had everything fixed within the hour and made sure I was 100% on everything before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to contact in the future if I was to need anything else done.

I can't believe the difference it has made to our kitchen.
I was sceptical at first when the wife mentioned it but could not be happier with the end result.
There was a few issues along the way but the company went over and above to rectify them and the staff were first class with their workmanship and professionalism. Would highly recommend this company if anyone is thinking of getting their kitchen wrapped.

The process did end up having a few hurdles. The job was initially expected to take 1-2 days, but due to a shortage of vinyl halfway through the work, it took longer to complete than initially planned. I felt communication could have been better throughout the process and I did have to follow up for updates more than I would have expected.

However, after I raised my concerns, the owner Alex personally got in touch with me. He took the time to listen properly to everything I had experienced, addressed the issues directly, and reassured me that changes are being implemented to improve the process going forward. He also worked with me to resolve the situation in a fair way, and I really appreciated the level of care and professionalism he showed at that stage.

Since then, the customer service has been excellent and I felt my concerns were taken seriously.

Overall, the finished result looks amazing. You genuinely can't tell at all that it's been wrapped; it looks completely bespoke! I would highly recommend booking in with them, especially based on how positively things were handled once the issues were raised.

Throughout the whole process they kept me updated, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and the communication was great at every stage.

I decided to wrap my kitchen units after visiting the showroom and speaking to lorraine..all in all fantastic service and end product..looks great and work carried out to a high standard..iain and the rest of the fitters were great and done the work perfectly...iain fixed fridge door as well which was fitted badly by another company unknown to me..cannot fault the job done by this company from start to finish...thanks again

Fantastic install done in the one day

My kitchen looks fantastic, they were really quick and left the place spotless. Can’t reccomend enough

Had 14 drawers and 3 doors wrapped.
4 kick plates made,wrapped and fitted.
The lovely Graham arrived and took all the fronts away, he came back the next day and refitted everything.
We chose a woodgrain wrap with a slightly satin finish.
We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. All the staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble.
I will be recommending them to others.

I got my kitchen wrapped last week,i highly recommend this company,the guys were very helpful,they even worked late to work round my schedule as i work split shifts,there attitudes and mannerism were amazing,so if u want ur kitchen wrapped i would contact this company great experience.

Had my kitchen done by these amazing guys. Kitchen looks like a new kitchen. From start to finish it was an easy and amazing experience highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a fresh new look kitchen.
When Iain the installation manager come out to do the survey he was very helpful gave us new ideas and answered all our question. Then on installation day it was iain and Steven that turned up smiling and friendly great attitude they got stuck in and worked very hard to get my kitchen completed and the standard of there work is amazing very experienced guys they went above and beyond even did extras that we ask them about. The two guys are a great asset to the kitchen wrapper. Well done guys and thank you so much

Fabulous honestly brilliant.
I had my kitchen done and it looks amazing. There was no major problems thankfully and it was done really professionally and the banter from Stephen and Iain was great.

I have recently had my kitchen wrapped by Kitchen Wrapper and I highly recommend this company. The workmanship and eye for detail is second to none.

From the first enquiry Lorraine was more than helpful and invited us along to Glasgow to have a look around the showroom. No pressure sales just a sit down and discussion on what would work best for us- we decided and paid our deposit.

Iain and Steven were our fitters and they were brilliant. Driving from Glasgow to Fife they arrived with a smile and got on with the job to a very high standard. They took a real pride in their work and even added bits in to make the kitchen look even better.

I am very pleased with my kitchen first class job .All of the guys were amazing the price was well worth it as my kitchen is stunning. Would like to thank Lorraine as she was brilliant from start to finish .Would really recommend getting your kitchen done from this company .very happy customer

I followed this company on Tiktok for a few years before deciding to go ahead with my kitchen. I had a full kitchen wrap, cupboards replaced, splashback wrapped, a new sink fitted and a new hob. Overall very pleased with the work and I now love my kitchen. Ian and Stephen were great and went over and above to ensure they got the job finished. The negatives were, it took longer than planned and initially there was a change of workers which I think also held it up. However, i think there was more work than initially planned, my sink and hob was larger and the boys had to cut worktop and re adjust pipework. The standard of work is fantastic and I'm very pleased with it.

From start to finish it was a good experience. Iain carried out the survey and came back to check on completion of the work. He gave good customer service .
Steven carried out the work and also had fantastic customer services and he was very respectful in my home and with me. He is very skilled with an eye for details and skills to match. A talented man who praised team working in the company including the owner, the manager Ian, the other work colleagues including Lorraine who coordinates the work and diaries. Ian was also complementary about his colleagues which is a sign people respect each other. Good team work results in good quality and that reflects the job they did for me. I’d hire them in a minute if it was my company.
The young apprentice was also respectful and Steven was supervising snd coaching .
