Good quality kitchen let down by poor customer service
KitchensforDIY sell good quality kitchens let down by a poor customer service at both the sales and aftercare stages. The sales process took months longer than it should have done due to continued lack of response to requests for information. We had to do all the chasing. Once we placed an order the kitchen was delivered quickly and we are very pleased with the quality. But it has proved impossible to get them to resolve a couple of relatively small issues. The wrong plinth seals were sent and an additional cupboard we ordered later is the wrong carcass colour. I’ve given up trying to resolve it with kitchens for diy now - I’ll order the seals from Amazon and we’ll have to live with the incorrect carcass. A real shame because. As above, the quality of the product is excellent.
