This is a fantastic company to deal with. Their customer service is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought a knife block about 12 months ago from an outlet in York.
2 of the tips of the larger knives had snapped off.
When I contacted the customer service team. Not expecting a reply. I was pleased to receive a reply within 24 hrs and a replacement sent to me within 5 days.

I bought two of 590ml (20oz) BUILT NY travel mugs from Amazon Uk last October 2019.

I have been super happy with my purchase but sadly one of the lids had broken.

I decided to contact KitchenCraft and was dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Marcus contacted me and very kindly sent me a new lid free of charge! Thank you Marcus, great customer service!!

Excellent product. Would definitely buy again & great customer service. I broke one of my knives & it was replaced within the week under the 25 year guarantee with no quibble.

Had an issue with the nonstick coating on a pair of baking tins purchased a year ago so contacted KitchenCraft over Facebook as couldn’t see a way to do it via the website and was given instructions on how to contact very promptly. Emailed in photos and Marcus responded very quickly and rectified with no quibbles at all - excellent customer service! Sometimes it’s not how good a product is, it’s how company puts things right that really stands out.

How refreshing it is to deal with a company that without even speaking to a single person my problem with a broken knife purchased some years ago was dealt with in efficient and professional manner. I dealt with Marcus he was a breath of fresh air. I’m an old man nowadays, living on my own. Having to contact many multi national large companies and institutions during my lifetime, the standard of customer services
is going down rapidly since the turn of this century. So the manner in which kitchen craft dealt with my problem was business class throughout.

I ordered a cocktail shaker through Amazon but when I was shaking it some of the fluid was coming out of the lid. I reported this to KitchenCraft and straightaway they gave me a refund and they also said I could choose another one at no charge. The replacement was absolutely perfect. To receive this level of customer service I felt was exceptional and I would like to thank Marcus very very much indeed. Will definitely use Kitchencraft again !

The closing system of my almost new small springform cake tin broke, just used in 2 times. The shop were i had bought the tin had no replacement available anymore. And didn't atttempt to get one 'cause they would close the shope permanently within a few months. After an email to kitchengraft explaining the situation, i got an replacement within a few days. They do understand what good custumor service is! Thank you.

Our original coffee frother broke on the battery connection. But KitchenCraft could not have been more helpful and replaced it with no discussion and arrived next day,

Ordered a deluxe corkscrew via Amazon which arrived on time, but was missing the locking cap. Emailed customer services at KitchenCraft, where Marcus responded promptly and efficiently, sending a replacement cap, plus some extra screw bits, immediately. I am delighted. Excellent product, and fantastic customer service. Thank you Marcus.

Reported a product fault via email had an immediate response from Marcus who offered a replacement set of knives asked for my address & a replacement set was shipped & received within a couple of days.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Kitchencraft. Knife blade snapped, contacted them, offered a replacement straight away, no hassle and no messing with forms and interrogation from them. Marcus responded very promptly and replaced our faulty teapot within days. All I had to do was supply a photo of the product. The fault was with the lid hinge but a complete pot was mailed to us. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service by Marcus John! A knife we had purchased snapped while in use so I sent an email and asked if anything could be done.
