Excellent customer service in helping to resolve an unexpected product situation.

We purchased a Masterclass meat thermometer in January. The instructions state: Do not use the probe over a flame so we used it on the barbeque. Not surprisingly the probe stopped functioning. We contacted Kitchencraft asking for advice on the most suitable replacement probe. Marcus said he would send us one. We were expecting a replacement probe - we received an entire new thermometer. That is impressive service.

I had 8 people I needed to make coffee for and didn't want to use our Nespresso machine so got an old La Cafetiere I hadn't used in years out of the cupboard. Made the coffee but the plunger wouldn't go down. Took it to bits and saw that the metal mesh was rigid which is why it wouldn't work. Contacted KitchenCraft that afternoon and by the next morning had a reply from Marcus asking me to go to their site and identify it. I did that and received a reply saying it would be replaced within 5-10 working days. I was expecting an envelope with the filter but instead received a brand new La Cafetiere. They really do mean life time guarantee. Don't think I've ever received such prompt and generous service from a company.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and quick response from customer service. Marcus John was the agent who dealt with my query and within 30 minutes had placed an order for a replacement Wok. I am extremely grateful as the store where I purchased the Wok would not exchange as I was out of warranty due to covid. Thank you Marcus!!

As my local shop needed the physical proof of a nonstick peeling tart tin before they were able to replace it and the offending tin is in France, I went to the company website to explain my predicament. I was amazed by the speed of the reply and the positive response with no questions asked or returns required. A few days later, the replacement arrived. I can only praise the helpfulness, courtesy and speed with which mynproblem was solved.

Bought a 3lb Loaf Tin via Amazon. Non-stick failed after 2.5 years. Warranty (non stick coating) was for 5 years so I tracked down the warranty email details, took a photo of tin and sent an email to them with photo attached. They got back to me within *1 hour* and asked me to identify item by code from Kitchencraft website (link supplied) and for my address so they could send a replacement. I supplied details on the Friday evening, they confirmed ordered on the Monday morning. Received on the following Thursday. Very impressed.

Kitchen Craft fitted our new kitchen a few years ago now. We absolutely love it. 6 years on and it's still as good as new. Recently we had an issue with the Tambor unit mechanism (not the responsibility of Kitchen Craft) but asked Kitchen Craft if they could help find us a replacement. We discovered this was not an easy task but Andy and Richard took the time to help and eventually a replacement was sourced. They were not liable for the failure of this mechanism but nevertheless, offered to fit the replacement once it was delivered to us. Phil the fitter came today and did an excellent job. We have been very impressed with the after sales service extended to us and feel that they went above and beyond to maintain excellent customer service. Once again, we thank them - a great team, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting a new kitchen. Thanks guys x

I purchased an ice cream scoop from Kitchen Crafts via Amazon that unfortunately broke when I used it. I made contact with them and within no time I received a replacement of my choice. Excellent Customer Service.

I was given a Kitchencraft chipper for Christmas but sadly the mesh for cutting larger chips collapsed. I contacted Kitchencraft and was immediately promised a replacement. Unfortunately, a shipment was delayed so I had to wait a couple of weeks but during this time, I was kept fully informed and the new one duly arrived as promised without any prompting from me. It was splendid customer service which earns my full recommendation. Always good to know who gives good service when considering which supplier to use.

I purchased a beautiful and very efficient Masterclass stainless steel drainer recently and found one of the protective support coverings missing by which time I had thrown away the packaging. I emailed Kitchen Craft and they responded immediately and within days i received the missing part. First class excellent service. Highly recommend this company.

We purchased 4 pans which are of superb quality we also purchased a 34cmx26cm roasting pan which unfortunately the non stick failed. We reported this and within 5 days a new pan arrived so refreshing to have such no quibble excellent service. Would recommend KitchenCraft to all.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with my icing set that I've had a while. I contacted them and they replied very quickly and I was sent a replacement straight away. Absolutely brilliant service, far beyond what I expected.

Had an issue with a wok that was purchased. Contacted Kitchen Craft to explain the situation. They answered swiftly, communicated well and not only replaced said item but up graded it. My Sabatier edge keeper knife split at the hilt with what I now understand was probably a manufacturing issue. The customer care I have received from KitchenCraft has been second to non and after demonstrating the problem with photos have arranged to replace my wonderful knife (one of my favourites). The support from their Customer Support and Data Quality Coordinator was really appreciated. My replacement knife should arrive with me in the next couple of weeks.

Having a faulty vacuum flask we contacted Kitchencraft and received very swift positive service, with a replacement flask being sent to us immediately. Many thanks for such excellent customer service.
