Kiswah Tours has been a great company to book my very first umrah trip, i was a bit worried but my agent Muhammad Sheryar listened to all the needs I wanted and even when there was any issues he was available whilst I was in Saudi, they sorted out everything from flights, visa, hotels and transportation in Saudi and also if needed they could also book Ziyarat, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family next

Me and my family had an amazing experience when we went for Umrah. All praise to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for allowing us to come to the blessed land of Makkah and Medina. I also want to say a big thank you, to sister Muqaddas for her support for arranging everything. Soon as we spoke to Muqaddas she was clear and honest. She set out clear timelines and we were able to contact her at anytime. Even sometimes outside office hours. I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Kiswah Tours to arrange our Umrah. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia, Muqaddas was checking up on how everything was going, making sure we was okay soon as we landed in Saudi Arabia. It was really nice of her to text us soon as we completed our umrah. The transport company arranged by Muqaddas was excellent. We were able to contact the company and get immediate response if we need to change anything. I would highly recommend Muqaddas and Kiswah tours if you are looking to perform umrah. Handled everything for us, and fast and effective communication. We had a fulfilling and peaceful trip to Medina and Mecca knowing everything thing was handled. Muhammad Sheryar checked in on us all the time and any hiccups were addressed to the best of his ability. The only thing to improve would be to have tour guides available for the tours they offer.

We recently had the blessing of completing our Umrah and arranged everything with Kiswah Tours. Sister Muqaddas handled every request with care ensuring our journey was comfortable and smooth. Travelling with a family member who requires a wheelchair can often present unique challenges however Sister Muqaddas handled these professionally and the outcome was a very successful blessed trip for us all. The ease of transportation , accommodation in both Makkah and Medina which was very convenient as near to the ladies section and the Ziyarat in both holy places only added to the overall experience.
I had also requested a couple of days stopover in Qatar at the end of the trip to recuperate and again the choice of hotel was very good.
I pray that we have another opportunity to go again soon and will definitely look at Kiswah Tours to make the arrangements…..Insha Allah.
