As a VA with quite a few clients, Kirmada has been my saviour! I can keep all clients separate and easy to find, it tracks time, helping me be more accurate in timekeeping and ultimately invoicing. It has even more to offer, which I am keen to keep taking advantage of. I can't recommend this enough to busy VA's.

I have been running my VA business, for almost 4 years and use multiple platforms to support my clients.

I've been using Kirmada for a few months, and I love it. The ability to switch between client workspaces quickly is brilliant, and having bookmarks and passwords stored saves me so much time. The time-tracking feature for different types of tasks is incredibly helpful. Previously, I used Chrome profiles, but they felt a bit clunky. Kirmada makes everything so seamless. Moreover, I know that Kirmada can adapt to my business needs as they grow, ensuring that the platform remains valuable and relevant as it evolves.

I started using Kirmada in October 2024, and I have to say I love it! As a VA I have many clients using similar or the same software and have to manage a lot of different usernames and passwords. Kirmada has made this process so much simpler. By creating a Workspace for each client I can manage logins and passwords within them. It has also saved me time as I do not have to keep logging in and out of software for each client.

On top of all of that, it also clocks all of the small tasks which I do for clients and sometimes forget to set the timer going!

This software has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my team! It’s super easy to use and quietly works in the background, giving us a clear picture of how we’re spending our time—no need for tedious manual tracking. Now I can finally charge clients for all those little tasks I used to forget about (though I’m kicking myself for how much I did for free before!). The customer service is amazing—quick, friendly, and always open to suggestions. With regular updates and a real focus on working with us, it feels like more than just a tool—it’s a real partner in our business.

Stumbled upon Kirmada while looking for project management tools and downloaded because it promised to give me a seperate web browser for each of my projects. I usually have tabs open for everything which gets messy, so this sounded like a good idea. Downloaded the trial and was immediately pleasantly surprised - very easy to set up and I was using it within a few minutes. I've setup workspaces for 6 or 7 different subjects and can just click between them, so have the tabs and bookmarks I need when I need them.

The automatic time tracking feature was an unexpected surprise - suddenly realised how many hours I was spending on different projects which was an eye-opener!

It definitely helps me get more done in a day, so thoroughly recommend it.

Finally found an app to manage all of my projects without unnecessarily opening dozens of windows simultaneously. Easy to switch work spaces and I found it more helpful than I ever could have imagined to be certain of the hours I spend on each job I'm working on. Excited to see what the future of Kirmada holds!

I have started using Kirmada a few months ago and I absolutely love it. Very easy and practical to use, it improved my productivity and revenue, I wouldn't change it with any other system. If you are not sure what CRM to use, if you are not practical on all this, this is the system to go for. The support that I have from the Kirmada family is outstanding and you can do almost everything with it.
The only improvement that could be done is around the social media management, but then everything else is spot on.
