Had kirby homecare servicing many years now and only ONCE have they arrived to complete a maintenance check on the first arranged date and time. Excuses like our engineer is:
Sick, van broke down and family emergency. The kirby machine is probably the best machine on the market but unfortunately, their customer care service is diabolical.

Il kirby è un buon aspirapolvere, il problema è la scarsa serietà dei venditori. Sono poco professionali e truffatori. Nel mio caso hanno promesso fornitura di sapone per il kirbi, di cui è stata consegnata solo una confezione. Mancava la lavapavimenti; a loro dire, sarebbe arrivata dopo 40 giorni: mai consegnata. Mi hanno promesso due tubi in più di prolunga, mai consegnati. In tutta questa latitanza ho provato più volte a chiedere spiegazioni, lamentandomi della scarsa serietà. Dopo promesse da marinai, rimaste incompiute, alla fine riesco ad avere un appuntamento per la fatidica consegna. Mi organizzo con il lavoro e gli impegni e... Non si sono presentati... Vari tentativi di chiamate al telefono... Non ho ricevuto risposte.

Avete estorto 3000 euro ai miei genitori anziani per un aspirapolvere che non vale niente! Siete disgustosi!

People who sell this product în my country are harrassing other people, calling them over and over again, even if they receive a negative response. They are unproffesional, agressive, they ilegale use our contact information and we cannot stop them calling!

Prezentarea a fost foarte interesanta. Sistemul este util, mai ales intr-o casa mare.

Dopo 23 anni il mio vecchio Kirby non ne poteva più di gestire una casa a 3 piani.Mi hanno fatto vedere il nuovo modello e finalmente anche i miei figli sono felici perché per con i silenziatori il nuovo kirby li lascia dormire

We fell into the high pressure sales tactics to buy a Kirby costing us £1000 in late 1980s in Kent. It involved the salesman asking to hoover a square patch on the carpet using ours. The modus operandi was to put a black cloth into his demo model run it over the same patch to see what Kirby picked up. Then, asked to strip the bedding leaving just the mattress cover. Ran the “magic” Kirby with a shorter handle to show the dead skin, enough to persuade it is a “must” for cleaner healthy living. About 10 years later, another Kirby salesman managed to impress us about the Jubilee model showing its advanced design and features in Berkshire and bought it, paying £1000 !
Both of us long retired and settled in West Wales, had a Kirby salesman to service our two machines in 2022. He too was very pushy to say the least with an attitude problem! We had the same chap calling in today to service the two Kirby hoovers arranged through their Office. He stripped the old one first as it needed some attention though still working. Replacement parts worked out to £147 (possibly with VAT on top), Jubilee model needed 2 small parts costing £74 (possibly with VAT to be added on to the final bill. All these on top of a £96 and £36 for carrying out the servicing ! I took exception to his lecturing and dismissing wholesale what I have read about Kirby’s business tactics ! I ended up speaking with a patient and tidy Manager who took note of what I had to say ! Lessons learned, I would never ever have another Kirby salesman in our house !

we just had couple sales people here to show us the carpet cleaning and they didn't say originally there here to sell a product . and supposedly the manager of the area where I live and cause we were after carpet cleaner not a product and cause we said we wernt interested before the free example they were going to show, and when they left all I heard he was whinging and Complaining after being 2nhalf hrs late from appointment and then proceeded to yell and threaten me and yelling I know where u live as a threat. told him to get lost after being rude and pushy to my elderly parents after appointment was 12pm and turned up 14.30. how do they expect any respect and get any business if they treat all customers like that

Leggo molte recensioni pessime, ogni esperienza é a sé. Non é ne corrette ne dignitoso fare di tutta l’erba un fascio.

Diffidate di queste persone,il referente GIUSEPPE G., sicuramente lo stesso di qualcuno che ha scritto già....si permette anche di vantarsi, oltre che dell'aspirapolvere che non serve a nulla, anche di se stesso....mi ha venduto un aspirapolvere ad aprile 2023, consegnata solo in parte, dei pezzi restanti non ci sono tracce

Got a chance to try (clean with) Avalir2 and have to say that it is a complete disaster. Materials are very bad, and you can clearly see Kirby was saving.

But I suggest to buy older versions on the market - G5, G6, ULTIMATE G, and Diamond Edition. You can get it for $200 with all the equipment. These models are high quality and will last forever.

This product is expensive and not good… please don't let them in in your home even it is recommended by your friends or relative… this is a scam product…there’s no point actually this review because kirby will not entertain any of our issues… they are scammers… read reviews before buying this product… and think a million time of buying it…don’t be impulsive of the offers of the installments…the worst is u cannot return even its just less that 12 hours…

I bought a KIRBY AVALIR 1 in August 2018 for R28 000 , I was sold this machine under the impression that I can use it for commercial use , I used it for a period that was less than a year and its been sitting since even though I would service it.

Kirby is not a user friendly machine and none of the resellers are willing to buy back the machine for the retail price that its going for.

Today I found a reseller who informed me that, I was ripped off for paying R28 000 for a KIRBY AVALIR 1 in 2018 because that is the going price currently for a KIRBY AVALIR 2.

He further said he was willing to buy my Kirby for R2000 and confessed that its hard to resell a Kirby machine.

Key take aways : The machine is not user friendly , its heavy and lastly none of the resellers are willing to buy it for the price they are selling it for.

Rivenditore di zona-Avellinoma con sede a NoceraDopo aver fatto dimostrazione e riempito di chiacchiere( alcune non vere, tipo acquisti fatti da persona che aveva dato il nostro numero), ci convince a comprare il prodotto alla Modica. Idea di 2990 ( su internet si trova a molto meno lo steso prodotto con gli stessi accessori). Comunque dopo neanche 1 ora che se ne andato gli telefoniamo per dire che vi abbiamo ripensato e che nella foto fatta al ci tratto ( si la foto perché non ci ha dato manco il ci tratto) manca la parte del contratto in cui ci sono le clausole per il recesso e i dati dell’azienda . Stiamo parlando di sabato sera. Ci dice che ci avrebbe mandato la foto ma nulla. Il giorno dopo dice che sarebbe passata la consulente nel pomeriggio ( domenica), poi arriva smentita dicendo che la co sule te aveva una dimostrazione in zona il giorno dopo e che sarebbe passata ( oggi lunedì) . La consulente e venuta portandoci il contratto firmato , e un foglio a parte in cui non c’ la nostra firma) con le clausole. Ebbene c’ una clausola che richiede che per mancata accettazione del prodotto ( non lo aveva portato perché già avvisato immediatamente che vomevamo recedere) dobbiamo pagare lil 25% di penale. Morale siamo in anno all’avvocato e domani ci fatto Altroconsumo per avere altra ssistwnza legale

Lavoro con a Kirby Company da 16 anni.Ho iniziato come venditore e oggi sono il Distributore di Catanzaro.
Tutti mi dicevano che non era possibile, che non ce l'avrei fatta, che era tutta una truffa e di stare in guardia ma io ho voluto provare anche perché non avevo altre opportunità lavorative.Il tempo mi ha dato ragione.
