From the first time we walked into the sales office to the moment we received our keys to our forever home we have been treated incredibly well by all the staff at Kingswood. This has continued as we settle into our new home. Deb has been an absolute star and has supported us throughout our Kingswood journey from day one. She is open and honest and can be trusted to offer valuable advice. We still enjoy bothering her on a weekly basis for advice, chats and a catch-up. Luke, Ian, Liam and the rest of the Kingswood team have been, and continue to be on hand for any snags and issues that come up. They always follow up to ensure that each issue/snag has been satisfactorily remedied. We are very happy that we chose Kingswood and highly recommend others to do the same. We have additional needs within our family and Deb and the team worked together with us to find solutions to meet those needs. This is something we have found to be unique to Kingswood when we were researching other housing developments. Thank you to the whole team! We are so thrilled with our new home.

Cannot speak highly enough on Kingswood homes in the run up to our move to the Spinners Brook Estate. Initially seeing the houses on Rightmove, myself and my partner decided straight away that this was the perfect opportunity to move to an exciting development and move our way up the property ladder. After viewing the show home and other houses on the estate we were blown away, Deborah was very informative and a welcoming face, we quickly completed the reservation to Plot 24 and were looking to move asap. Debs was supportive throughout the initial reservation and ensured we were smoothly through the home specification choices, it was a very easy process. Unfortunately as many of these things go, our chain fell through twice in the lead up to us completing, Kingswood Homes were supportive throughout, especially Kerry who kept in contact throughout and assisted us in our purchase. Finally we are on the home stretch and ready to move into our new home Friday. Kingswood Homes have been excellent, especially Deborah and Kerry. They are a credit to the company.

As someone who has never lived in a new build before, we knew Kingswood would be the only development for us if we were to move. From the initial conversations with Donna all the way through to the process of reserving the plot, choosing options and seeing the house be built, Kingswood have provided an exceptional service. Massive thank you to the team who have always been on hand to support us at the earliest convenience and even now nearly a year down the line of being here we are still being looked after very well. We love our house and the whole development and we’re so pleased we made the decision to move.

This is my first time buying a house, so I don't have much experience, but I've spoken with many developers, and only Kingswood Homes and Andy made such a good impression on me. We absolutely love the house in terms of design, layout and location. The finished appearance is also good. Staff and contractors are friendly.

Ive had a few big issues of which some haven't been resolved despite best efforts from Kingswood. To be fair to Kingswood they have been responsive and given goodwill gestures but my main worry is the lack of understanding and not being able to identify the root cause.

I am disappointed with the experience so far and I do worry but hoping we can get all resolved for summer.

We moved into our new build home last July and since then it has been a breeze. From the reservation to now, all staff have been incredible and very respectful of our home. Would recommend them to anyone!

At the time of writing I’ve been in Hoddlesden for two weeks and I’m very pleased with my new home. Everyone I’ve interacted with from Kingswood have been great to deal with.
The sale of my previous home was delayed and Kingswood were very understanding and supportive throughout the horrendous experience!

As you’d expect, there are a few snagging issues but they are being dealt with quickly and efficiently.
It seems unfair to mention specific people when it’s a team effort but special thanks go to Deborah and Kerry for all their help in getting it ‘across the line’!

Kingswood as a house builder are second to none. Donna and the team have been brilliant from the outset, working with us to choose the right plot and build our new home how it will work best for us as a family. Loved our first new build experience from viewing the show home to after care. Nothing was too much for anyone and we would recommend a Kingswood home to anyone.

We can highly recommend a Kingswood home!! What has stood out for us is the after care/customer service we have received since buying our gorgeous home! Its been nearly 3yrs since we moved in, and we are still receiving the same amazing customer service from Liam! Like any new build, we expected snags, tweaks here and there and the Kingswood team were more than keen to help us along the way to finalising out home! We had heard horrer stories about other developers, which left us nervous but we needn’t have worries! We would buy again from them in a heartbeat!
