A Positive, Flexible and Purposeful Online Journey

I am giving four stars because the experience was fully online, which required a high level of self-motivation and personal commitment. While the flexibility was very helpful, a lot was happening during this time, which made it challenging at certain points. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, well-structured, and beneficial. With a little more support or interaction, it could easily have been a five-star experience.

Geology - interesting worth exploring

It was a good experience - good detailed slides. Good pace - good to see you rate of progression as modules completed. Interesting taster of geology. Really enjoyed the content.Service Help desk - really expedient and helpful if issues.

I have enjoyed the relaxed pace of…

I have enjoyed the relaxed pace of completing this course as I was doing it as I was learning on the job. The access to the forms for completing was the only let down. However I feel that I was able to complete the course with a high standard of content due to the additional learning resources available.

I found the course I want and complete it. After that I apply for my certificate and the after learning service I received was excellent, I am going to enroll another course and I recommend to others.

Level 7 Advanced Diploma in counselling

As I survivor of a Terror attack in 2017 I started to take an interest in Mental Health and how in this country we can support our young people due to huge waiting times , I work in a school as a Lead Mental Health manager and saw this course online , the course is very well set out , each lesson is informative and have resources to support, customer services are very responsive and helpful, the only issue I had was fitting everything I had learnt into a 3000 word assignment, I could have gone on forever, I have learned so much and thank Kingston for the chance to learn with them

Course was well formatted

Course was well formatted, there was clarity in each of the topics, for every section. Concepts which have been broken down in to piece by piece solutions to run game application architectural features, made it easier to grasp the baseline of this difficult area of programming.

The jury is out..........limited tech support so far

The jury is out...............I've just paid in excess of £400 for a course and I'm struggling to get going as the option to save or print the documents is not available, despite the help desk telling me otherwise.

I am not yet aware of any 'course content' support as I haven't been able to study the first paper of the first unit. I've left a voice message today and hope they will call me back so I can get going as soon as possible.

Professional, easy, and cooperative

The course guidelines were clear, instructions were straightforward, I received my credentials within 24 hours as stated, and the course was very interesting and well made that I was done with it in 4 days. After being done with the course and the relative tests, I received my certificate (after being in touch with the customer service) within a week of finishing the course, and the official certificate and transcript within 2 weeks. Professional, easy, and cooperative. Definitely will use their courses again.

I would be extremely careful

I would be extremely careful with doing a course with this company as I am not convinced that they have all the internal structures such as IQA in place.

I enrolled for the Level 5 DET at £500. The course materials were all lifted directly from one textbook with no videos lectures. Also, most importantly, there was no support relating to the course, only tech support. So I couldn't get any advice as to whether my essays should be 300 words or 3000 words, for example. I found it impossible to work without knowing the expectations so I didn't complete the course. There was no email warning me the year was ending which made me think it is just a money spinner. Wish I had simply bought the textbook for £25 and done the course elsewhere!

course removed and is my 11 months wasted!

12 months into a diploma qualification, the course has now been removed and I have not been made aware or offered advice on how to finish this qualification!

The advisor was quite helpful and kind providing me with all necessary information on the course I was taking. Pricing was reasonably well compared to the course content which was quite comprehensive than regular courses.
