I am writing this review to share my experience with King’s Chip Casino, which has been ongoing since November.
My initial withdrawal request was submitted on 3 November. After approximately 57 business days, the withdrawal was cancelled due to a “technical issue,” and the funds were returned to my account. I was then allowed to withdraw a smaller amount, which was eventually paid in February.
Since then, I have been waiting for another withdrawal, which has now been pending for over 40 business days — far exceeding the stated processing time of 7–21 business days.
Despite multiple emails, including a formal complaint, and assurances from an account manager that my case was escalated and in the final stage, I have received no meaningful updates. My recent messages (including those sent on 16 and 20 April) have not been answered at all.
At this point, the lack of communication and repeated delays raise serious concerns about how withdrawals are handled.
I am still waiting for resolution.
I strongly advise others to be cautious.
