Support staff is useless. They deny using a *code* as they say I can’t use the Welcome bonus because I already have an account with them but that’s not true. I have no other account. I literally just signed up today. I have no emails from them in the past or nothing this is to me a brand new casino. It’s their automated system or whatever it is that’s flagging. My account is having duplicates while it’s wrong so they need to fix their shit. Other than that. They seems like a pretty trash casino and I can imagine that this initial interaction with me is just foreshadowing how horrible this casino would be I can’t imagine how it would be the process of withdrawing any winnings. It seems like they have bad reviews already, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it based off of my experience, not welcoming at all not helpful and accusing me of having an account already which is dumb because I don’t have duplicate accounts anywhere so thanks for nothing and you guys lost a pretty big player so good luck with that trash casino
