Firstly, I want to commend Steven and Rhys for their exceptional professionalism and politeness throughout the process. Their delivery service was excellent and truly appreciated.
However, I faced an issue with the furniture I ordered. One of the sofas delivered does not match what I requested, which was disappointing.

Rhys and Steve makes one of the kindest, friendliest and most helpful delivery team. Their communication was great in updating me exactly when they were expecting to deliver the sofa so it was really helpful during my day of meetings to let my team know in advance aswell. They also helped walk me through how to set up the sofa in case I had needed to reconfigure it in the future. They had a great sense of humour and make a great team! Thank you so much Rhys and Steve! King Cinema Premiere Recliner Sofas are great
Sofas are great, very manoeuvrable and comfortable. The recliners are solidly built; the quality is impressive. The TouchGlide adjustment buttons take a bit of getting used to but work well.
The sales process was good with lots of consultation and follow-ups until the order was agreed.
Delivery was handled very well with nice people.
My problem was with agreeing a change of configuration of the modular sofas layout with the sales team that wasn't achievable by the delivery team, so I'm left with mismatched and incomplete furniture and very little response from King at the time of writing.
Advice: buy standard configurations and stick to it!

Fantastic service
The young lady that helped us in Tottenham Square Road whose name is CC, but I forgot her last name is such a friendly and helpful sales person.
We came in and I don't like to be approached, but she had a friendly smile and simply said that she would leave us to it, but that she was there if we needed help.
She let us get on with it and then stepped in again when she could see we did want to ask some questions.
We were on our way to a lunch, but there was no pressure when we said we would come back on Easter Monday, which we did.
It is so important to have a sales person who is likeable, but also is able to give answers to all questions and to give honest advice.
She is a little treasure, so keep her just as happy, as she did with us.

Poor quality check prior delivery
The furniture is of great quality. However, all four back rests came stained. After a 16 week wait for the furniture, I may now have to wait another 12weeks-16weeks for a replacement. Unacceptable, when one pays premium prices for the furniture. One would expect the quality assurance team to have checked the furniture prior delivery/shipping. Ref order no. KIN25120013
