Very poor communication , account manager changed 3 times , paid for incurance on Friday then left me without it for 5 days because forgot to put cars on system-no replay to emails had to call and speak to different person all the time - request for my policy , then add drivers and cars . Looks like staff don’t know what they doing or do not care what they doing . Will be looking for another provider next year.

I started the process for insurance in November 2025 & finally got it through in February 2026 whilst the insurance we have is great for our needs, the companies communication is appalling, i learnt that once you have sent an email which you can only send to a general email not a personal one, you have to ring to check whether they have it & action your requirements each time. It made what had previously been a really easy simple process to been alot of hassle & time spent dealing with this.

Luckily that is the situation at the moment….but I have dealt with a couple of your team and they fulfilled all I asked and that is why I’m renewing
