When I initially contacted Joseph at Kingdomride, I was very skeptical because of a negative experience I had the year prior with a different vendor. I had ALOT of questions and requirements for my group. Joseph assured me that everything I asked for would be taken care of. Needless to say, Kingdomride came through and blew it out of the water! From our personalized pickup at London Luton Airport, our smooth ride to Bletchley Park for a 3 hour stay, and a simple transition to our final destination to the Lancaster Gate area in London. **NO STRESS** The service was exceptional, vehicle was clean, and all of our luggage (which was ALOT) fit easily! Thank you so much, I will definitely book again if we return.

I am a victim of this company's failure. I supplied all supporting documents to Trustpilot and reported the company's repeated use of the flagging system to Trustpilot’s Integrity Team.

What happened
I booked and paid in full on 9 February 2026 for a trip on 10 February 2026 (Invoice KR-2621; $990.87). A 13:00 pickup time no driver arrived. I have a 26-page email history with the company’s sales team that shows the booking and invoice.

My original review, which displayed the Verified badge, was removed after the company repeatedly flagged it. I have provided all supporting documents to Trustpilot’s Integrity Team. On latest they said that it contained private information of employees while it was a direct answer to company's pubic response in which they accused me for being a competitor and not the customer. When they couldn't handle the truth they started flagging my reviews from all possible reasons to silence my voice.

Verifiable concerns
- Companies House lists Company #13079365 under SIC 47910 (“Retail sale via mail order houses or via Internet”), not as a transport operator.
- The customer-facing address (39 Heygate Street) does not appear to be an operational transport office; Companies House shows a residential address as the registered office.
- The website uses vehicle images that appear to be stock photos; staff described some images as "for illustration purposes only."
- The company has not publicly provided a Private Hire Operator Licence number or equivalent licensing details.

Company statements and inconsistencies
The company publicly said the invoice "does not exist," denied receiving payment, and accused me of being a competitor. Their public responses have changed over time, and I reported those inconsistencies and their flagging behaviour to Trustpilot.

Challenge to the company
If you are a legitimate transport provider, publicly post verifiable proof here showing:
1) your Private Hire Operator Licence number (or equivalent licence), and
2) a working business address and evidence of an operational fleet.

If you cannot provide these verifiable documents publicly, do not make false accusations and try to hide criticism.

Actions I have taken
- Supplied all payment documentation and full email correspondence to Trustpilot’s Integrity Team.
- Reported the company’s repeated flagging and apparent content suppression to Trustpilot.
- I will report the matter to the police as well.

Advice to other customers
1) First check the other reviews on their profile. They have suspicious reviews which seem to be fake. Even trustpilot team admitted that they had taken their fake review down which shows that this company is deceiving people. Newly created accounts from different locations gave positive reviews which is very suspicious.
2) Check Companies House records, ask to see a Private Hire Operator Licence, and insist on a confirmed driver allocation before sending money. Be extremely cautious.

Kingdom Ride was and is absolutely divine. From the quick response time, to the professionalism of the drivers. We brought a large group from America to London, and the service was stellar. I HIGHLY recommend.

Efficient and quick to reply. Kingdom Ride helped save Christmas after flight disruptions had our group of 6 delayed and flying into a different airport. A few texts and emails were all that was needed to setup a very comfortable and efficient ride on short notice on Christmas Day.

Such peace of mind getting from London to Portsmouth to embark on our Virgin ocean holiday. Our driver was on time and delivered us straight to the check in point. Excellent service all round and would recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience with Kingdom Rides from start to finish! Our wedding day involved multiple stops, and they seamlessly accommodated every pick-up and drop-off. Their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable shuttle service.

They were great. Drivers timely and patient when we were running behind. They also let us update our agenda when we made last second plans. Customer service was awesome. Would recommend and will use again!

We were traveling in the UK in an area that was unfamiliar to us. There were 4 adults and a lot of luggage and we were checking out of our hotel and onto a narrowboat for a week. My concern was that we may not be able to get a cab or Uber that was big enough or that would get us to the check in location by the time that we needed to be there.
Kingdom Ride arranged both our ride from the hotel to the narrowboat and from the narrowboat to the train station with all of our luggage. They were SUPER communicative, confirming several times to make sure that we were on the same page and had the driver reach out personally to us as well to confirm.
More expensive than Uber or a cab, but well worth the assurance!

Terrible terrible terrible. Charged us £50 extra for us leaving 15 mins after the bus arrived. Do not book this service.

This was the most responsive and professional company. We needed them for a family trip. I changed the times and number of people a few times and they were so helpful, on time and courteous. The driver was great and was happy to be the family photographer. We are grateful we used them.

Had a party of 15 people going to a wedding event at Nonsuch mansion and they were quick in responding to our inquiries and very accommodating! We had 2 young children with us and they were able to help us w booster and car seats as well! With so many people in our party , they were very patient and helpful with planning our reservations. Highly recommend !
