I have had numerous problems with this…

I have had numerous problems with this company from January when I renewed the contract, constantly sorted then taken payment a lot more than should be also I keep receiving letters saying that payment is overdue - 2 every month, they have taken direct debit - the invoices on the account don't match up.
Tried ringing for the 4th time today ended up in collections for the rude woman to cut me off when asked for complaints department.

I feel that this company needs an…

I feel that this company needs an in-depth investigation, as I recently renewed my contract with them at a renewal agreed contract price of £35.99 per month, only to find that on my next bank statement that they had in actually increased my contract price to £60.54 per month. Needless to say I was quite shocked by this increse. After attempting to speak to one of their so called customer service agents about this matter I find the same old ballowney about price increases. He even had the barefaced cheek to start asking me if my prices had increased in the past ten to twenty years, this dispite the fact that this contract had only been renewed in the past few months. I WOULD ADVISE VERY STRONGLY THAT ANBODY CONTEMPLAINTING AQUIRING SERVICES FROM THIS LOAD OF SCAMMER'S, THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT YOUR DECISION. P.S. Since renewing the contract with this load of scammers as they supplied me with an updated broad hub I have been unable to make outgoing phone calls, if this is a demonstration of there updated systems I believe that they should stick to their original systems that actuall y worked.

Terrible

Terrible service slow to speak to anyone and just cut your service off for no reason and when you call they can never seem to say why

Terrible company

Terrible company. Wifi doesn't reach as far as I was told, when I complained was told I didn't tell them I had brick walls in between the connection and my services so what did I expect! Also we pay £82.88 a month for a load of rubbish. Our TV is actually connected to our neighbours wifi as something wrong with the kinex box and the only thing they have offered is a different service which will mean extending our time with them

Appalling service and communication

After 4 months of me having to keep chasing them for updates and periods of time without a service at all for which they were still charging me, I am still waiting an update. I am so fed up and angry with this company no one gets back to you despite promising they will. They have also messed up in the accounts department but have just hung up on me!

Awful communication they just dont keep records of any communications!!!!

Awful communication. They just take no notice and make no record of any communication you make with them.

A business I worked for used them. The business I worked for closed back in November 2022! I told them by phone and email in plenty of time. I also provided the liquidators all the information and no doubt they have also been in touch. Many companies just leave everything to the liquidators but I went the extra mile and ensured all creditors were in the loop. The company was completely up to date with payments to kinex when it closed. Each time they thanked me for communication and all the details provided including companies house records, the name address and phone number of the liquidators.

When I signed up on behalf of the company I ensured that I was not personally signing as guarantor. So I know I am not liable and on each communication they have agreed that to be the case so they know I owe them nothing. They also know that the company was up to date with payments when it closed.

They keep on calling me and sending me emails as if I had never communicated with them about it at all. Each time I answer all their questions tell the I have told them everything so many times I have lost count. I tell them about the history and plead with them to ensure they make record of what has been said and request they double check in a day or two to ensure the record made is still there. Next week same thing over and over. Last time they tell me that I owe them £2800! I am at my wits end and totally f*****d off with this. I no longer see any point in communicating with them as their records are such that they have advanced dimentia! Say something one minute they forget it the next!

How shambolic is a company that doesn’t keep records of communications with their customers!

Do not use for your business!!

Switched our business broadband over to them and also went with the digital phone line. Worst mistake we could have made. We have both broadband and phon line down several times a month meaning our customers can’t get through. Absolutely horrific service. Currently trying to get out of the contract with 2 years remaining, even if it means we have to buy it out. Never never never again. Avoid like the plague.

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!
Promising me the latest iPhone and best signal for data and mobile on O2 in my area but it was all a rouse to get me to sign up to a lengthy business contract.
Nothing is being resolved, I’m just getting the same calls from customer service saying the same thing. Running around in circles and now I’m trapped in a contract and it will cost me £4000+ to get out of it.
I’ve now later found out they run contracts with EE as well and asked if I can switch over as the signal is poor and very slow data with O2 and I’ve been told I will have to pay a £4000+ cancellation fee.
My advice is to stay away as a month down the line and I’ve still not got the phones I was promised. I’ve not even been able to use my second line as I’ve had no delivery of the phones. This is not a company I would recommend what so ever.

Very poor service

Very poor service . specially one of THE team member IS AMAZING , he doesn't WANT to help and neither technical team wants to resolve problem. Any question you ask him , he will reply I am not YOUR account manager, and if you ask where my account manager than always same answer , he is on break. been calling them since last 1 month always putting me on hold and cut the call after 30to 40min wait

UPDATED - Appalling service & bullies

I just thought I would give an update to these guys, guess what …. Nothing has happened!!! They continue to ask for money …. no communications just more bills …. the only way to deal with these guys is in court where an adult can sort them out …. looking forward to exposing them!
Now I’m sure the guys in the digital marketing team will post a lovely soothing message but they are useless too, nothing happened last time guys and nothing will.
Beware they have just informed me that they are excited to announce they are changing their name to Clear Business … BEWARE they are the same crowd with the same dodgy business practices ….. you have been warned ….. stay clear …….

These guys are probably the worst I’ve ever dealt with! They are trying to extort money out of me that I don’t owe and despite several attempts to resolve the matter all they do is send threatening emails and letter. Out of desperation I have written to the CEO Lee Hull twice and guess what, yet another wall of silence!
So today I begin legal action against them.
My advice is stay clear of this company, read the reviews, search the internet, I wish I had!

Dishonesty of Termination fee's

The company try to keep their client's by charging an extortionate termination fee, I called for a termination fee charge but when I actually got the offical charge through from Kinnex it had increased again, I think they just make it up as they go along
