Olivia Kelly provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from any business ever. Her understanding of my business needs prove what an asset she is to Clear Business. Everything was covered clearly in a friendly manner. Change over telephone service
Stephen Hesleden assisted me to change over my home telephone & my mobile to Kinex. This was done in less than 45mins on the phone. All forms sign & transferrs will take about 3 weeks for the home phone.
& 10 days for my mobile..
I'm making a saving on both. Excellent service from Stephen & from Kinex... 100% reliable...& trust worthy.

worst experience I've ever had with a company they will lie and deceive you to get you into a contract and then make your life hell. I’ve only been with them for for 2 months and already tried charging me over £800 for water bill i run a small garage and all i have is 1 toilet and 1 sink we only use the water to wash our hands and flush the toilet thats it and they trying charge me £800 for 2 months even after giving them water reading they obviously dont know what they doing costumer service terrible they keep saying they will call me back but never do lie after lie. i'm currently trying to switch to another supplier and from reading online reviews i know they will make me go to hell and back before i can switch. I spoke to one my business advisor who’s currently helping me with this situation and I rather pay him the money to get me out of this contract then pay this scam company.

Anthony rang out the blue saying Kinex wanted to upgrade the broadband service I already had with them, and reduce what they charge me! He was very patient as we went through the process and I'm now looking forward to a better service at a cheaper cost!
