I’ve purchased a course from Kimberley Grace and I have to say that the customer service I’ve experienced so far, has been lovely. They called to introduce the team and say hello, where they are if I need anything - after purchasing a course. They also do instagram lives encouraging people to comment, so you can ask questions on there if you have any reservations and they are always polite and informative.

Fantastic! I have just started my lash course and had nothing but positive experience so far! The course is affordable, easy to understand and comes with videos too. Before buying the course I messaged via Instagram quite a few times to make sure it was the right course for me and they were nothing but helpful and quite to respond!

Recently completed nano ring extension course. My tutor was amazing and answered any questions very promptly and was so helpful.

I’ve passed my online lash lift & tint course first time. The tutors are kind, supportive and friendly. The tutorials are easy to watch, take in and then execute. The customer service offered is excellent with queries being sorted as soon as possible. Which makes for a reliable & great experience. I done the Dermaplan facial course online and it was so easy to follow and made me very comfortable with completing the course at home.
Speaking to the tutors over the phone also helped loads which many companies do not offer!
