This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered from Freak on a leash website on 11/26/2025. Thirty days later I still don't have the merchandise. Sent several messages, always received an AI generated response. Contacted my credit card and reported fraud. Thankfully was refunded the money. My advice, don't order anything from this company.

Don't do it ... fake tracking number . My dumb ass ordered again thinking someone stole my package . If the seller cannot tell you who the carrier was and the tracking number entered in international hub pulls up nothing .. it's a scam period.

I ordered three mystery t-shirts from a specific creator and apparently the t-shirts could be from any merch drop of his over the years so I was pretty excited to see what I get. They packaged and sent me THREE OF THE EXACT SAME T-SHIRT. Why would I want that???? If there was only one t-shirt in stock why would they not contact me and explain that? I’ve been trying to get in contact with them all week and no response yet just stupid automated emails. I spent nearly $30 on shipping alone for essentially one t-shirt. Do not recommend.

I ordered a Sean O’Malley sweatshirt. Got it a week later right out of the package the product was damaged with a huge sharpie mark. I emailed them to do an exchange. I provided pictures as well as all of the needed information for them to process an exchange. They sent me a label to send it back. I sent it off. 15 days later I ask if they’ve received it. An associate responded to me and said someone will be in contact shortly when it arrives at the warehouse. Few more days go by never heard anything. I politely asked for a refund. No reply. After that previous email I said they stole my money and I will be contacting my bank to open a dispute investigation. And would you look at that, a refund appeared in my account. Steer clear. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would’ve had no issue if they straight up said we can only refund you not exchange the product instead of giving me a whole runaround for almost a MONTH. This “business” (if you can even call it that) is a JOKE.

If I could put 0 stars I would I ordered a shirt from killer merch for TX2 shirt , and payed an extra 22.59 for JUST SHIPPING cause it was supposed to come in 3 days of my order. it took weeks to get here when I contacted about the refund for my shipping cost since I paid for it so it would be here faster and they tell me that the refund can't be done thru them ? But making the payment for it all could be done on their site ? . DO NOT RECOMMEND! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I have asked for the order that was submitted in October and supposed to be delivered in December.
Then it was January.
Now it's mid February due date.

You can't call them.
They will not CXL the order or refund it.

I would have given a zero. I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/20 and have yet to receive confirmation that it has shipped. When I contact them they simply say that it will ship soon. It is supposed to ship in 3 business days.I left a message, old school, on their phone and no reply. I had wanted to give Uncle Roger a direct sale and had no idea the item would be coming from Killer Merch. Awful.

I bought an Uncle Roger Shirt at unclerogermerch.com which is powered by Killer Merch. The cotton shirt had a nice print though, but the quality was really low. Just after putting it on for the first time a couple of weeks after the arrival of the parcel, I noticed two holes in the fabric, one of them quite big on the collar. Seems like the seam was very loose. I contacted killermerch with some photos and they just wrote an automatic response explaining the return policy. They just accept returns 14 days after the delivery of the parcel. Overall lost money… wouldn’t suggest buying there. It’s really sad, because I liked the idea of supporting uncle Roger (Nigel Ng) with buying a shirt but this is just crap.

If this company messes up, you will never see your merch and you will lose your (ridiculously overpriced) shipping cost. I will never deal with them again.

A Killer Merch rep reported an Amazon listing of mine that's over 3 years old due to "ip infringement"
My listings are older than anything Killer Merch is selling & there are no Trademark or Copyrights on the simple text phrase.

I deleted my listing anyways, just to keep my account in good standing, but Killer Merch refuses to retract the complaint.
