Already taking an alternative for gut bacteria via Amazon + taking the K Floracare now as suggested by medical friend on subscription so thought give the 2 products from same company a go to see whether improvement to existing regime (so swop to K gut formula on subscription).. When husband in hospital decades ago, suggested he take an advanced acidophilius product as had needed a lot of antibiotics + suffered from clostridium difficile at time of strokes in 1996. He was very healthy eventually after taking the acidophilius + we both continued for rest of his life for 26 years despite effects of initial strokes in late 30s. He impressed the medics + still believe the improvement to his microbiome + attention to his nutrition made a huge difference to his general health + happiness. Having read the background science to both products as a 66 year old widow working full time in a strenuous occupation determined to be as healthy as possible + content on right track. Time will tell...

I started taking these because I was suffering from a diarrhea. My brother-in-law had been suffering from diarrhea for about three years, couldn't leave the house, and these have completely cured him, so I thought it was worth a try. I have had exactly the same experience, I now no longer suffer. I've been taking them for eight weeks. I saw a change quite quickly.

After having constipation for some time I was persuaded to try Kijimea by my wife as she has successfully used it some time ago. I am pleased to say the there has been a big difference and I feel less bloated.

Now on box 2 of the IBS Pro capsules and can report a positive improvement.
Absolutely no side effects and the capsules are small and eay to swallow.
Definitely less of a need to urgently access a loo too so very pleased to keep on with the course.

I had to go back several times as I ordered 1 item and found it had 2 x the item in the basket, and i had to keep going back and remove one item or i would be charged for 2 items every month, thank goodness i always check everything before hitting the buy button.

I ordered Kijimea K53 Advance on the 14th July 2026 and paid for them. 17th July Royal Mail emailed me couldn't deliver. The shipping address was wrong, just town on no actual address, their mistake. Phoned, kept waiting 30 min, hung up, emailed, was told they would send again and would not charge me a second time! That was their way of saying sorry. Only generic response to emails being received now, one told me item returned as could not be delivered or I hadn't picked it up. 22nd July still waiting for a refund.

I am on my 4th month now of Kijimea and haven't noticed any difference. It's also very expensive.

I'm not saying it doesn't work, only that I didn't notice any difference after giving it a good trial of nearly 4 months. Maybe it was subtle healing for me.

I would like to add that after the first month, the company email you to offer you a discount only if you write a positive review for their site. That immediately rang alarm bells for me. If the product was that good they wouldn't need to do that. I lost trust in them then. Poor marketing.

3 stars given as it may have been healing me but nothing noticeable changed for me. Conversely, just started another product from a different retailer for the colon and I'm noticing a positive difference very quickly on those.

Good science on this product so it's horses for courses. Worth 3 months trial to see if it helps you but stopping my subscription now.
