I’ve used the Kierr Cap for years (on and off), and I can honestly say it works for me when I’m consistent. I’ve seen noticeable new hairs come in and overall my hair looks healthier. The cap is comfortable, doesn’t feel like a hassle, and it’s super convenient to bring on trips! I've had my hair dresser comment SO Many times about new hair I have coming in, and its always when I keep on a normal schedule with my cap. Not sure if this is due to the cap, but my scalp always feels really good after using it too!

I started using the 302 Ultra flex laser hair growth cap from Kiierr in July 2025. It has significantly improved my hair density after six months of use. I had been loosing hair density for years and it was now obvious on the top and back of the head. The improvement was noticeable after 2-3 months. To be noted, there was a hiatus in my treatment for over a month during fall because I decided not to bring the cap on a long trip. After asking Kiierr if this would be a problem, I had been adviced that stopping one month occasionally would not impact treatment on the long run if the treament is used dilligently the rest of the time. My experience proves they were right. The aftersale service at Kiierr is truly oustanding. They reply very quickly and with much details to each and every query. The treatment is just 5 minutes per day and one can still keep busy wearing the cap during those 5 minutes so it’s really not a burden at all to have to do it daily. I highly recommend these caps to anyone who is looking to improve hair coverage and density. With me for sure they got a customer for life.

The email communication was timely so that was good. Product satisfaction is average due to the head gear does not fit well (small) and to get a larger size it cost additional

I purchased their new 312 dual wave cap. Product came on time. Workmanship is top! Lasers and LEDs look well-manufactured on the device. Came with a nice little hat too! We will see if it works in 7 months!

My order was delayed due to them being so busy, but customer service was super prompt in answering questions and keeping me updated. The cap itself works well-it's a little more generic than I expected, and the fabric "baseball cap" looks absolutely ridiculous on me. It is not inconspicuous as they mention, and I will not leave the house with it on. I don't even like other family members to see me wear it. It's difficult to tell if it is actually on because the lights only work if it is on your head. So I always check in a mirror to make sure it is on after I've turned it on. Also, if the battery dies mid-session, you have no idea until after you sit there for over the session time and no beep occurs. I've only had it a few weeks, so time will tell if it was worth the money. I do wish I had read the fine print on the warranty registration because this is such an expensive product. You need to register with a picture not only for the money-back guarantee, but also the warranty!! There is a limited window after the 7 months to contact them as well.

The process is straight forward. Just 6 minutes a day at a regular fixed time. I chose the 272 dualwave. This model was specially created for someone with a moderate budget. The high end model was a little pricey for me, whereas the cheaper model required wearing the cap for 30min a day which I could not afford. This model just required 6 minutes a day, easy peasy. I appreciated that an email was sent to me once the order was made encouraging me to decide on a regular time of the day to have my 6 minutes of treatment, before the cap arrived. The therapy does not hurt. I can feel my scalp warm up towards the end of 6 min. Do consider getting this model yourself!

I bought the laser hat in the 1st of Dec 2025. Reading reviews here I also was tricked by their 2 day postage service. They do have fine print due to busy take 10 days. We are way past that now. Not a fan of fine print tricks by companies. Now I have reached out and no replies. They are happy to keep sending spam emails to buy more stuff. In Australian dollars this has cost me over $2k. That’s not small money. You expect replies to emails, updates on postage or delays. Giving it one more day and will go through PayPal get my money back and buy the irestore hat like I should have. Stay away from this company
Update: they did finally reach out say would cancel order. Then silence again. No answer as to when. Or how being paid. I just got money back through PayPal.

I just bought this last week and am very happy with the customer service and the quality of the product. Over time will see the results, they do offer cash rebates for leaving reviews so worth keeping that in mind when reading all these.

My Kiierr 272 Premiere arrived earlier than expected. That's a good start. I've used it a few times since I received it. Set up was easy, Charge the battery, (mine was already charged), then plug the cap in and Press start. It beeps every 10 minutes until it hits 30 minutes, then it turns itself off. I like the recommended use of 30 minutes every other day, as opposed to having to use it everyday. The device fits the top of my head well, hitting all my thinning spots (Crown and receding hairline). The baseball cap that sits on the actual device looks kind of funny. I will not be wearing it in public. Other than that, the Kiierr 272 Premiere seems to be made pretty durable and feels warm and relaxing when being used. I haven't used it long enough to see any hair growth yet, but I have high hopes.

I received a Kiierr cap that doesn't fit despite my head being well within their advertised sizing. The product is much smaller than specified and sits awkwardly high. After immediately contacting customer service with requests for a refund and support, I have received no response to any of my attempts at resolution.

The cap I received is unbranded and looks nothing like the marketing photos. It appears identical to generic Chinese white-labeled products available on xxxx for a fraction of the price. When I raised this with the company, their response was that "customers prefer" unbranded caps - a claim I find impossible to believe given the premium price point.

Examining the review patterns raises serious concerns: most five-star ratings come from accounts with only one review, posted shortly after purchase. There's minimal evidence of long-term use or actual results, and hardly any genuine user photos. Just generic praise about shipping and ordering that tells you nothing about whether the medical device actually works. Meanwhile, negative reviews about fit, sizing, and returns receive no meaningful reply or resolution.

Kiierr charges premium prices for a product they refuse to support or service properly.

Based on my direct experience, I cannot recommend this company due to their non-responsive customer service and what appears to be a rebranded generic product sold at a significant markup.

Also notice the brand new review from a customer who has owned the product for 1 month, who claims it fits his large head.

I don't think that that review is a coincidence. Do what you will with that information.
