Fast delivery, good service

Order KV16851 was meant to be shipped in late January and it is now April. I have tried every way possible to get hold of someone to let me know what is going on and am being ignored at every turn.

I have placed multiple orders before and was a loyal customer but this experience has been such a nightmare I will never use them again... Ive requested a refund. Also ignored.

*** Update ***

So after seeing this review they decided to cancel my order. 13 days and still no sign of the refund pending and still not answering any phone calls or emails. Case opened with trading standards.

Ordered a lot from these guys and shipping is always quick and well done, probably the best shop for gunpla in the uk.

Absolute scam website, they have taken £100+ from me and I've received nothing.

Not too happy with Kidultverse.

Normally they are pretty good as a shop and I have used them a few times now.

I really am shocked though as I tried to make cancellations for two pre orders I no longer wanted, and promptly contacted them.

At first I used the web page contact form but after a couple days thought best to send a message via facebook encase they missed my query.

After a few more days I tried emailing. And now a few days onwards I try calling to not even get a ring on the phone before it drops.

Upon further investigation it looks like this is a common theme with this shop, zero communication. Some people seem lucky to hear back after a month. When they are holding onto your money they shouldn’t be delaying by a month.

I will no longer be buying from Kidultverse as they do not care about me as a customer

Absolutely no response to any forms of contact.
Ordered a figure months ago and no update on when it will arrive or any response to multiple emails or contact form submissions. Would not use them again. Customer service non existent
Very frustrating

Appalling service, takes at least a month to reply to email queries and ignored all other contact methods.

Sent me somebody else's order, including personal details that breached GDPR then had the audacity to charge me for it, refusing my suggestion to return, whilst applying the charge to the preorder I had made this preventing me from receiving what I had already paid for until I stumped up the extra cost.

This took months to resolve and did not end in my favour.

Avoid at all costs, use any competitor you can find.

Fast delivery, box was in good condition, generally good stock available on the site. Prices are lower than most UK based sites, overall happy with the experience and will be buying again. I'll definitely make sure to check out the physical store if I'm ever in Manchester.

good tracking came fast and was packaged well

I entered Apple ID into a device and I paid with that. Without any information on billing or shipping address being entered or checked before purchase. It went through. When I got the invoice, I realised it has picked up some of address of mine for both the billing and shipping address. A house we moved from last year.
I sent multiple messages through your contact form. Emailed you and also messaged on WhatsApp asking for it to be shipped to the correct address. I contacted my bank and Apple asking how the payment was approved with a wrong billing address, but to no avail. The item was shipped to my old address despite 4 different contact forms, an email and WhatsApp messages to Kidultiverse. I only got auto replies this week, after the item was delivered to the wrong address. Where the current tenants opened the item. I had to ask one of my old neighbours to run over and get the item and we don’t know how to get it from there to our current address as we moved towns.

Best place to find gunpla at a very good price in the UK. Wide selection from all the Gundam universes.

Nice Gunpla kits!! Hopefully you'll have loads of gunpla coming.. looking forward on buying next time

Very good service and fast delivery!

Good price and shipping was quick. But the box came damaged outside and in. The Gunpla box inside was damaged and torn. There was no padding despite the shipping fee. Sent a couple of messages via different channels. No reply for more than a month. The first reply that came after that claimed that the issue was settled, which wasn't the case. I replied again, and then waited for another month (so it's >2 months by now) telling me that it's Royal Mail's issue. The seller should be responsible if things dont turn out right and you dont expect the buyer to contact the delivery company on your behalf. I'm not sure if I'll buy from this shop again, although the prices are good, but only good if the goods turn out right and the seller is responsive to messages and not having to wait for months and end up not getting anywhere.

Whether email or phone they are unresponsive. If your item is perfect then you are good but if defective you could not expect to return their product or get cancellation at all for any reason.
I won’t be buying from this shop any longer.
