Giving a 1 star is far too much for this company!!

Ordered a koala breathing tedding in April, still have not received this! I did however receive a sloth non breathing teddy I emailed them and "Mary" stated to keep that teddy and she will arrange for the breathing teddy to be posted. Back and forth with emails over 2-3 months and now they are not responding to me.

This company is A SCAM! PLEASE USE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I wish I saw reviews before making a purchase!

I ordered something in June and didn't receive anything.

I have asked for a refund...I am still waiting for my refund. Lucky I have only spent £13.00 and nothing more.

Awful company, 7 weeks after placing the order, constant emails chasing delivery or a refund I have received neither. I have now had to report this as fraud with my bank, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company!! Do no use. Someone called Mary has been allegedly processing my refund for 4 months now.

Thankfully only spent £17 but wish I’d seen these reviews before bothering. I’ve never received my product, was promised a refund and now I keep on asking where my refund is I’m meant with complete silence. How are they still able to operate when clearly a scam?

I ordered 2 items months ago and still haven’t received them with no explanation.

I’ve shopped here multiple times now and they never disappoint. Every order has arrived quickly, been packaged with care, and matched the descriptions exactly. A company I can trust.

Would give a minus score if it was possible!! Absolute scam website.
Placed an order over a month ago - no item received and no response! Mary probably some non existent customer service rep said she will investigate but thereafter no response. We will have to contact the bank and trading standards for a refund and to try get them shut down. Horrendous, thank God it was not a big sum of money

Fraudulent company - do not place an order from here!

Followed up my order after a week of no shipping update, fast response however no shipping update, ignored my request to cancel order then sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking code attached to the wrong post code.

Item has not arrived after two months. I made a chargeback via my bank.

Fantastic service overall. I placed my order late in the evening, it was shipped the next morning, and arrived within two days. Couldn’t be more satisfied with how quick and reliable it was.

Would give no stars if I could. Placed an order on 23rd July and still nothing received. States was delivered but never was. Mary has been looking into it and promised a refund but to date I have not received it. Please please do not order from this company. They are thieves.

Ordered birthday present for my daughter 3 months ago and still not received. As with everyone else just received weekly emails (after chasing each time) using stalling tactics and saying will refund when they have investigated. But clearly not investigating anything!

Terrible company never received my order 3 months in a still waiting, any reply I got sited problems with transport and told I would get a refund but again still waiting!

No toy received do not bother ordering. It appears that Ben Blundell and Alex Rowlands are just taking your money and not honouring the contracts only 1 star reviews

I have order a baby cam its been 2 months not arrived i have contacted them so many time but still they did nothing i think its a scam

ordered the 16th july haven’t recieved my order sent numerous e mails and keep getting automatic reply from someone called mary.do not buy from this site just a scam.i will not let this drop until i get my money back

I have also never received items i ordered two months ago. They were never dispatched and I've never recieved the promised refund. The worst thing is two little boys waited and waited for their light sabres and were disappointed after being strung along for weeks. Mary how can you do this to children?

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I ordered a simple child’s playmat, and not only did it never arrive, but the complete lack of communication and responsibility is outrageous. Weeks have gone by, my money is gone, and I have nothing to show for it.

This wasn’t some frivolous purchase—it was meant for a baby—and yet the company clearly couldn’t care less. No updates, no explanation, no refund. Just silence. The level of unprofessionalism here is astonishing.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed. If they think it’s acceptable to take money and not deliver the product, they’re sorely mistaken. I wouldn’t trust this business with a single penny ever again.

Absolutely revolting experience—avoid at all costs.

Trading standards have been informed.
