This company seems poorly run, will cancel your pending order without notice for 5 days, & does not take customer concerns seriously. I do not recommend them.

I purchased a brand new slide in December of 2022. The tunnel slides completely failed after one year. The customer service is non-existent. First they told me they couldn’t replace it. Then after a lot of back and forth they requested hundreds of pictures. They finally sent me a quote to pay for a new slide, and only sent me one piece of a slide. I would never in my life do business with this company. Product was 2,000 dollars and lasted 1 year.

Pros: Visually appealing, lots of options to play with/on, price point is about mid range, delivery was fairly quick, contrary to other reviews, they delivered it to our front yard and placed it in front of our garage door (it did not have to be inside), the rebar anchors for the bottom holds the BOTTOM well.

Cons: Hardware is corroding after a year, the whole top of the playhouse swings with the swings (my daughter is 30lbs), the roof doesn't stop raining from pouring inside the playhouse, the swings all sit crooked (all on the same chain link setting), I had to add handles to the walls above the rock wall since there were no hand holds to assist once you're at the top, even with the support for the spiral slide, it seems very flimsy and unsupported, while the price is not bad (the quality is not there to support it), the instructions aren't great either.

An oversight of mine, it doesn't support adult weight (not even the swings) so I can't even play with my kiddo in most of it.

Be careful buying off this company . Once the warranty runs out things start to fall apart with it been made from cheap wood . I spent £900 on a climbing frame swing set only to be told that they don’t make it no more so I can not buy spare parts . So now I have a £900 climbing frame that is broke and can not be used .

Don’t buy from this company, $1800 down the drain. A subpar playground set didn’t even last a year and they are absolutely no help. Buy from anywhere else!

I purchased play set for the back yard. Following THEIR instructions to inventory and INSPECT all parts, we found a panel split. This panel was one of the first pieces needed for assembly.
Contacted Kidkraft in the beginning of June 2024 for a replacement panel. IT IS NOW AUGUST 31/24 and there had been no replacement part sent, no ETA available, and NO COMMUNICATION since initial filing for replacement.
NOT WORTH THE COST!!!!!

Bad experience, DO NOT BUY HERE, Found the same exact playground in Walmart for $500 less than Kidkraft & free shipping, Kidkraft charges $100 dlls, No way I'm recommending this site, I try to return the items, they never reply right away & when they did they said I can't return it because its only 30 days & its past due, so mad & disappointed, PLEASE COMPARE PRICES & DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Wow so overpriced and the cheapest design and construction ever of a doll house. 500 screws of 100 different sizes, wow, what am I building here, an actual house?

Not only that what kind of metal screws break? I've never had any screws break while assembling anything in my entire life before. Also I have never spent so much time on an essembly of any actual furniture in my life.
Not only I am assembling the doll house, I am assembling dollhouse furniture too?

The dollhouse is also not aligned properly, very poorly designed, instructions are a booklet of 50 pages, REALLY? very cheap material that has already been peeling off, breaking and chipping corners.

Not only that it has a massive design fault and is an actual hazard for kids, within 10 minutes of it being ready, my daughter has an injury, the silly thing has a very sharp corner above balcony that she has banged her forehead on and now has a deep scratch.

My solution: may be buy a corner protector for baby proofing, BUT this is built for a child, come on guys, how is this even allowed to be marketed and sold?? I'm so frustrated, not even sure what to do, felt like throwing the whole thing out when she banged her head on its poor design and after I had spent two days assembling this silly mansion doll house. Wow.

I have never once left a review good or bad online for anything and I buy online nearly everyday.

I am actually so amazed at the price, design, construction, quality and safety of this product.
Also this isn't my first ever dollhouse that I've assembled, I am good at DIY and have assembled many before for kids in my circle. I have 2 doll houses for my daughter already that for years have not chipped or broke or damaged during or since being assembled.

Wow kidkraft, I was expecting a very good quality product since most of yours are around £250 and above. Similar sizes are a £150 and above with other retailers.

Cheapest cr-ap ever! Six months into our playground experience and the slide has cracked holding on by one screw, all the wood is cracked in just about every piece. My 5 year old tips the whole thing over by just swinging.
Will never buy from CHEAPcraft ever again.

I purchased the kid Kraft Nantucket table , bench with 2 chairs and one table leg is shorter than the others and they want you to jump through hoops ti get a dam table leg. I read all the reviews at how terrible this company is and I purchased it anway...let's just say expensive lesson learned

Maisonette sells for 67 dollars verses 247 dollars kidkraft is a rip off

I purchased a majestic mantion for Christmas. Bought it is September when I had the money. I disnr open and assembled under the 16th of December for a Christmas girt. My 3 years main gift it is missing the main bottom floor. I ordered a new part over the weekend the was for cover under warranty it had to pay 30.00 for it ans it will not arrive by Christmas. I called customer service for help and the person was pushing me off, said nothing they can do. And they would send a complaint to the supervisor that would call or email by end of day. I even offered to pay for an over night fedex label for them to send the part. No response no email, no call. And they closed for thw day. What a crappie company no concern for their customers.

This "company" has NO customer service. Shipping is extremely slow. Emails, phone calls, and even a chat led me nowhere! I've been waiting for 2 days for a call back. I can't get them to start a return ticket. All communications are being ignored. I will never order from this " company" again.

5. Buying a competitor's product and will never consider KidKraft products ever again after dealing with their customer service. When I finally got someone on the phone after 3 days of trying, I was told they ignored my ticket because they have been too busy.

If I could give zero stars I would. We spent a LOT of money purchasing a Kidcraft outdoor playset for our kids 3 years ago. When our playset was delivered, Kidcraft’s delivery driver (employed by them) hit my car in my driveway and caused a horrible amount of damage. The driver was impossible and wouldn’t give any of his information. But thankfully since my husband is law enforcement, we were able to get the information we needed to file a claim with insurance. At this time I was 3 days away from having twins and this was a nightmare. We spent months fighting the insurance because the driver lied to insurance claiming he didn’t hit my car and made up a story that was completely false. I tried contacting Kidcraft about this but all they would do was send me a KidCraft gift card as a consolation. It was pathetic. Now 3 years later our slide has completely fallen apart in our playset. I’ve spent almost a month trying to get the slide replaced at MY EXPENSEs I’ve spent a total of 2 hrs on the phone multiple times waiting to speak to someone and no one ever is available, I’ve requested multiple call backs and no one calls me back. I’ve sent a total of 12 emails and have been going back and forth with them for 20 days and my issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. I’ve sent 20+ pictures of the slide, a video showing the damage, and everything else they’ve asked for and no one will get back to me with a quote. Again, they are not even replacing the slide for me, I’m expected to pay out of pocket for the slide and shipping and I still can’t get this resolved. I will never ever buy any kidcraft product again solely based of the horrific customer service. I would advise anyone to not give this company any of your money. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

REBECCA as a rap agent for this company. She is extremely rude and gets her enjoyment off of frustrating customers on the phone and mimicking them and being super sarcastic about her responses. This really did not affect my day but I decided to leave a review because I have someone who works in a business profession I can tell that this is affecting the revenue for this company. Rebecca is the voice behind customer service when somebody calls for customer service she should be more mindful of her position and addressing things, as if it was a personal complaint against her. I had told Rebecca that I found a company to be very shady for a few different reason. I was looking for clarification for the reason I had and REBECCA was completely find with not clearing anything up. She told me she agrees with me if I think the business is shady to not waste my time. She also goes to say I insult her when I did not address REBECCA On any personal level. I asked to speak to a manager REBECCA told me she would let one know. I highly doubt she really did that. I will not be making a purchase from this business ever. People do not respect the role they play and money they are making business loose.

Will not accept a return and pay the shipping cost. We purchased after being told there would be not cost to return: no fee, no shipping cost.
The shipping cost to return the item is $2,000. We paid $1,199 for the item

I waited on hold for an hour to talk to Rebecca. The issue Im specifically having is involving anywhere there is a plastic piece in the wood the screw pretty much stops once it gets to that plastic piece. I’m at a loss because I’ve tried it by hand with a manual screwdriver, with a power screwdriver, I got a man friend to help me try to do and he couldn’t get it. I was told by Rebecca to KidKraft Consumer Engagement Team I did email them, everyday for a week, and I have gotten ZERO RESPONSE Im a single mom. I have only $500 in my bank account, I had to SAVE MONEY to get my kid this kitchen for his bday and I cant even put it together. IM DESPERATE FOR HELP!!!!

Customer service does not exist. Pieces arrive broken every time and some of them are back ordered and they don't know when they'll become available again. Now, I spent more than 1,000$ and I have my house full of pieces that I can't use

My grandma ordered a swing set from this company and I went to return it because it’s not what we ordered, they told me I have to pay for it to be returned being from Minnesota and ordering this product that supposedly came from Texas the shipping cost is steep they offered to send parts do to the parts being damaged upon delivery because the guy dropped it off the back of the box truck then told me that he didn’t need to put it in my garage because of policy it was snowing the day he dropped off so I had to hand load it into my garage onto another pallet, As I was loading it into my garage I noticed no hardware, missing pilot holes, partial pilot holes that hadn’t fully been piloted out to assemble tube slide. I called the kids craft contact waited on hold for 2 hours to find out the system was down then emailed no response then eventually got ahold of someone that said they were willing to help gave me the contact number to the trucking company for return I set up a pick up date to have the item picked up they came to pick it up guy put it in the back of his truck then sat there for a few minutes come to find out kidkraft never actually paid the trucking company to ship it away after all truck driver was really nice he explain to me they have had this happen with this company before. I have been trying for 3 weeks to return this item they are consistently unprofessional beware if you purchase a item this swing set company does not care about you they took me for my money, then tried for more.
