Takes well over a week to even get one pair of laces out the door. I would not ever order from this company again

My order for shoelaces took 10days to be processed before shipping so ended up waiting 2 weeks for them. Don’t understand how they can charge 5£ for shipping on this basis. Tried to cancel the order before the item was shipped but customer service were unsympathetic. Not worth it, just buy from amazon instead

Ordered 2 pairs of shoelaces and were billed for 3. I never received the pink shoelaces for my daughters new sneakers that she wanted for her birthday. They billed me for a black pair that I never ordered. Steve, a customer service rep, was useless and no help whatsoever! At one point he responded via email, “thanks for your MANY emails, I’m working on it!” His resolution was that I would have to send the pair back that I didn’t order at my expense. Another shitty company that thrives off ripping hard working Americans off!

Shoelaces - not a big topic to cover. They fit, they do the job, shipped quickly. Will use again as needed.

Ordered replacements for new balance 9060. Absolutely nothing like new balance laces. Thin and cheap looking. Have had to reorder from someone else.

Honestly, really poor company and product. I ordered some replacement laces for my Adidas Spezials and on arrival the colour does not match even though they're specifically designed as replacement laces. This is not a huge issue but since trying to return I've been hit with a 'restocking fee' and upon contacting them it's just a fee charged to inspect the item. They're shoelaces, what do you need to inspect! I've contacting customer services who I found rude and on top of this the returns are such an effort. I'm still waiting 24 hours later for them to accept my return and let me send them back. Not worth it, just find some laces on amazon it'll be much easier

Laces delivered as expected and the quality first class. When threaded onto my shoes the end result showed off the footwear to its best.

I ordered three pair of tie-less shoelaces from kicks shoelaces. As soon as I opened the first package up, I immediately realized that their product is not very good. They are cheaply made and of poor design. The laces will not stay put, they easily pop out of the of the shoe lace eyelet. I promptly made an attempt to return them. One week has passed since I've tried to return them and I am still waiting on a reply. I feel like Kicks Shoelaces as a company is untrustworthy. DO NOT BUY FROM KICKS SHOELACES. There are companies that are more reptutable offering better products. I have learned my lesson, I hope that this review helps to save other people's time and money.

This company is extremely impressive. The ease from ordering to quick delivery was very good. The price is great and also the communication is great. I will use these guys again for sure. Can't beat the quality of these laces.

Got replacement Novablast and Adizero laces as 1. The original Novablast lace just snapped upon tightening and 2. The original Evo SL laces are just straight up cheap nonsense.

Came across Kicks on the shop app and decided to give them a go and would highly recommend if you’re looking for proper replacement laces.

There’s a huge variety on this site and decent laces are valuable if you put in decent mileage… it’s worth upgrading if you can afford to and if you can, I’d recommend Kicks. The delivery was good, well packaged and of good quality.

I got some replacement laces from Kicks, for my New Balance 574 shoes.
My original laces were too long so I looked on Kicks for a colour match but chose a shorter size.
The new laces are a perfect colour and the size I want.
