Horrible customer service. Horrible delivery partner.

Terrible customer service, can't exchange or refund if you want it. Because they simply have no actual way of contacting them.
The quality of cloth is rather thin and cheap and the sizes are tighter than normal.
Tried calling them multiple times and emailing them but, all calls and emails go unanswered. No active number on the site.
Worst customer service I've encountered.
Do NOT buy from them.

It's full of fake Teams. I haven't recvived the order.

I paid the full amount, but after 3 weeks I didn't receive the order. they are not responding to the email.

One of the worst quality shirt I must have ever bought...dont even feel like wearing it...my servant too denied wearing it 🤣...no difference in sizes too...XL is as good as XXL...will never order again...it says magic cotton...it's not even cotton... pathetic material...also they don't have any pick up services...the customer has to go and courier it themselves...it's a rip off for the price...Absolutely ridiculous. Also they don't have a refund policy so once u have bought it the maximum u can get is an exchange...they will never pay u back...also the contact numbers mentioned on the website are never answered nor they revert back on the same. NOT WORTH EVEN A PENNY OR EVEN FOR FREE...ITS A WASTE OF TIME ENERGY AND MONEY FOR SURE.🤮🤬

One of the worst experience. I haven't received the product as mention in the site. I ordered a cotton shirt, but they delivered a synthetic shirt. The color, texture and design are inappropriate. Pls don't buy from khankudi.com. very worst.

Shirts and Tshirts were looking amazing on the website. I bought large quantities of them. When I received it was very bad quality and not worth for money. You might not like some of them even for free.

I am struggling for replacement or refunds of the products

BEWARE!

Found it through goodle ads. Ordered a shirt and it came with the worst quality, and improper fit. Emailed them for a refund and after 3 emails, they replied that its returnable. So I asked them for a shipping label and the process to return, but havent been replying at all. Sent 3 more emails, but nothing.

I found their website via a Google ad. Really loved the shirts and their Instagram account seemed genuine too. Ordered 4 shirts. First off, their phone number is almost never reachable.
Either it's busy or switched off.
The only way I got through was via their Instagram DM.

When I received the products, 1 shirt was not what I ordered, they had sent something else.
Another shirt was completely different to what is shown on website.
Agreed, colours can differ, but here the design itself was different, only the colour was same!!
I immediately emailed them on both their email addresses.
Till date no response.
I DMed their insta, they are asking me to ship it back myself and raise a complaint!
How unprofessional.
Lesson learnt.
I only wanted to support a local enterprise. If this is the kind of service then God save them.

My 2 shirts was purchased, the fabric was worst and the color is completely faded out not as per images not even 20 % .

Tried contacting couple of time at last got connected, Requested for replace or refund, they accepted for replace and said to revert the product. Once the product is delivered no RESPONSE !!

One of the worst online experience. Also the material, stitches, print, size nothing is right. When we want return it, there is no response to the emails and calls. Phone is either engaged or switched off.
Please DO NOT BUY from this website.

Worst policy of exchange and return or refund if you want to do any of that you have to refund it yourself on your own they don't have any service and on top of that customer service pathetic and I'd suggest everyone not buy a single product from the site and when asked about policy they say whoever wants to return or exchange does it on its own so we don't feel the need to write it on our page or mention it anywhere
