I am fed up sending so many emails for Exchange. Have couriered back the WRONG Size since over a week back. It is received by the concerned department. I Have tried calling, sent so many emails my invoice number 52224, invoice dated 14th August 2021, Order number 108869. There is no response feedback or call on the status of when I can get my replacement
I Have travel plans, now I’m fed up with such e-commerce fraudulent order. Don’t know whose responsibility is to address my issues.

Don't buy any clothing from here, they are just thinking about money, I had ordered a t-shirt of Rs 500 and they delivered totally different product. I cheap totally t-shirt which was not even a bit like a t-shirt I had ordered. After that they are not picking calls and not replying even on e-mail.

Not a great experience. No grievance redressal arrangement. None lifts phone. None replies mail. Having received shirt of smaller size requested if it can be exchanged. Its fine if they dont. But absolutely no reply forthcoming!! A reputed company is expected to reply quick. Ill cant recommend to my friends. I Aneed to switch back to Amazon.in if I dont get reply. - Adv Natarajan

These attires are looks decent and colorful in the adds.. But a worst products selling website in the market. Quality of product is very poor.. Sizes are not relevant to mentioned. There is no option to return the product.. If you want to exchange we need to go india post or courior service and we have to send them with our own money. No one will come and collect.. worst experience... Waste of money.

They will send notification by whatsapp untill product delivery.. after that they will not respond for any message

The Quality is worst images are totally different from products and jeans quality is worst even accessories used are broken. It's a fake company will file a consumer complaint against this .

Cheap quality shirts. The quality shown in images and delivered shirts quality is not at all same. Ordering from this site is waste of money and time. Return policy is worst.

Thats worst site cheater,no one can communicate after deal.i bought two shirts from khankudi but am facing size problem customer service not available in this side.

Better than expected. Order processed in minutes. Delivered in 4 days (including weekend). Quality of the material, stich & the design - to be honest much better than expected.

Bad quality products, stitching not done properly you can see threads are coming out from every where. With this kind of stitching finishing, it is overpriced.

I contacted their customer care through email, it's been 1 week now did not receive any acknowledgement.

Myne 2 shirts buy Kiya tha mize time pr mila or shirts bhi Acha hai. Bas thodi fiting issue thi Baki sab thik hai.
