Was okay there should maybe more options when filling the form it

Everything they do is above board and within the right time

Straightforward question and fast, company keeping contact and reliable, good and enticing reception

Online portals are stressful impersonal and honestly you dont fully kmow what you're signing up for and agreeing to, the terms and conditions are just jargon for those who aren't knowledgeable and basically if you dont agree to all of them you dont continue.
You have to allow foe 3rd party sharing data etc and no doubt end up with spam and further nuisance emails etc on the back of it. Understand there's a basic limit of data security but let's face it it's a digital world now and who knows who now has access to view my personal and banking information.
If you dont have decent phone, laptop tablet or computer it's a struggle to obtain all the data requested.

Very transparent and straightforward system

This process is a bit flawed. The estate agent said they can’t base your fitness to rent off savings. I have a few hundred thousand saved, with a tax return in the last couple years at 100k ish , and this isn’t being taken into account.

They only take into account the last 6 months of your income into one bank account, but I haven’t taken any money out of my limited company in this period and keep most of my money in savings ISAs and trading accounts.

I was told I may need a guarantor for an apartment at £900 a month even though my most recent tax return was 54k (including 24k in dividends).

I’ve been waiting about a week for them to just verify the dates of my previous tenancy, despite the fact my old landlord has said they already provided them.

Not taking into account people’s savings is ridiculous. You could be a millionaire and then told you need to get a guarantor!

Fairly easy to get sorted once I knew what's needed

It was straight forward, stress free and simple.

The last thing you need with you are moving is the stress of getting references, finding proud of address and payments. I honestly couldn't beehive how quick, easy and stress free Keysafe is to use. You do have to trust the process and upload various items, including your passport and payslips but it is so easy. We did ours and by the time we went to meet our estate agent the checks had already come back. It was that easy. I just hope and wish that Keysafe is used by all as it is such a fantastic tool. Thank you

Very easy to use but a back facility to input the id docs would have made it 5 stars. Much better than filling out loads of forms and far quicker results
