We had a fabulous stay at South Haxted / Garden of Eden. Jules, Robin and Mark were beyond accommodating when we had a fire leaving our house uninhabitable. We were able to book and move in within a couple of hours. We stayed for just over 4 weeks and the house was just what we needed. Peace and tranquility in a perfect location. The house is spacious with the most amazing views. We left today with heavy hearts and only because they had more bookings.
Mark was super helpful when our dog decided to sneak off on her own adventure 😂!
We will miss the wildlife-rabbits and deer in the garden and the albino squirrel.
It really is a little bit of paradise ❤️.

We recently hosted a wellness retreat at the English Countryside Retreat House and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We’ve been booking through Keys2casa since last year, and they have always been incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Jason, the owner, and his team were truly wonderful — warm, accommodating, and beyond helpful with everything we needed. We were a group of 10 people, and the house was perfect for our retreat. Everything was very clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained, with stunning décor that created such a calming and welcoming atmosphere.

The outdoor garden and surrounding space are absolutely beautiful and felt truly magical. It was the perfect setting for relaxation, connection, and healing. Our whole group fell in love with the place, and we can’t wait to return again in the future. Highly recommended for retreats, group getaways, or anyone looking for a peaceful countryside escape.

One of the best place for families to hangout, very calm and the place has more than 6 car parks, big garden beautiful house and good paintings. It made our holiday great and specially kids had good time to hangout 🙂

We recently stayed here with a group of friends, and it was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for space, comfort, and a spot that actually fits a large group without feeling cramped, this is it. The property is absolutely massive. With 5 spacious bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of privacy and a comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day.
It was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, which made us feel at home the moment we walked through the door.
The real "wow" factor is the back garden. It is huge! It was the perfect setting for hanging out outdoors, and having that much private green space is a rare find.

We had such a wonderful time off at this beautiful property. The atmosphere was perfect and everything was exactly as described.
The property itself is stunning—a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The interior was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the location, cozy lounge, farmhouse kitchen & plenty of space in the property which made our evenings so relaxing & enjoyable.
Highly recommend for a peaceful break.

We had such an amazing stay with Keys2Casa at Kensington Mews! The location was absolutely perfect tucked away but still so central, making it really easy to explore and enjoy everything nearby.
The host was wonderful from start to finish, with great communication throughout which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. We also really appreciated the area guide provided by Keys2Casa it was such a helpful touch and made discovering local spots even easier.
Overall, a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Keys2Casa again. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax and unwind, and it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and shops. We especially loved spending time in the outdoor area, which was perfect for enjoying the surroundings and making the most of the good weather.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. Everything from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was also excellent throughout, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

very disappointing. The property was not suitable for our young family and after reporting safety concerns immediately , we were charged a two week penalty for not staying in the property. this is not acceptable, given the nature of our concerns. The team assured us that they would fix the issues but with two small children it's a chance I was not willing to take. I would advise others not to pay this company in advance and only book their properties through airbnb where there is an additional layer of protection.

This house was amazing! It really felt homely like my own. The house is spacious & clean. Everything we needed was available. It was also close to stores and only 8 min drive to Westfield. Victoria was lovely and very quick to respond to my queries. I honestly had an amazing birthday being away from home. Would definitely recommend!
