We were very reluctant about Equity Release initially as my parents had been ill advised in the past and I didn’t feel it was a way for us to move forward but talking with Joseph Withers put us at complete ease. He talked us through the process and gave us time to think about our options. He explained everything clearly, and answered all our question, no matter how small. This has been a long drawn out journey but Joseph Withers has been there every step of the way.

Information supplied by Tom Walmsley was informative and helpful. He explained issues which might have caused my Executors problems, which I now avoid.

When I first enquired about equity release the first person I spoke to was a gentleman called Joseph Withers who was excellent at answering all of my questions and concerns, I can genuinely and honestly say that I never once felt any pressure to go ahead, the decision to go ahead was left with me and only when I was fully confident and satisfied should I do so. Thankyou Joseph for all the info you supplied, all the questions and concerns that you addressed and the calm and professional manner with which it all progressed when you were happy that I wanted to go ahead . Can’t thank everyone else involved enough. Glad I did it! The future looks a lot less worrisome. I would definitely recommend talking to Key equity first before making a big decision like this!!
