It was the second time I have used the services of Key Equity. Both times I have had the fantastic support from Jonny Swift. He has brilliant people skills and a wide range of knowledge, which is why I rang him for the second time. Nothing is too much trouble and he made me feel as if we were mates, so if any one is slightly nervous about this, he is definitely the man to talk to. I trust him and his advice 100% and would recommend his services to anyone.

Tom Walmsley of KEYADVICE.CO.UK helped us prepare our wills and Power of Attorney for nearly 3 weeks and must admit we received good advice from Tom throughout the process of preparing the documents. Tom was thorough, polite and understanding at the same time and answered all our questions thoroughly and professionally which was much appreciated.

The full experience was clear and concise and a pleasure. Wills / Power of Attorney can be a difficult subject but Andrea Love made the process simple. Legal jargon can be difficult to get to grips but no question was viewed as simple. All points were clarified and nothing was left to chance. Clearly Andrea has a wealth of knowledge in the subjects but she also demonstrated excellent client relationship skills which made the expeience a pleasure.

Joseph Nield was very thorough and helpful. We felt confident that his advice was relevant.
There were areas we thought we had covered. He explained without making us feel we had actually done anything wrong just not the best for the situation under discussion.
Throughout all a sense of humour as well as professionalism were evident.

We were not giving the correct advice from this company , so beware and make sure all questions are answered by the salesman , we have now found out that we cannot downsize due to mis information from said sale person ,
