I arrived at Bristol airport from Mexico with my car in the multi-storey car park & no keys as lost them on holiday. I was advised by my breakdown cover that as they were unable to supply keys for 14 days to call local auto lock services. Combined the amazing help of airport staff I contacted Key Assist supplies Auto lock smith. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Spoke to a real person (apologies I forgot who I spoke to a real person (little tired as no sleep for nearly 24 hrs) the man was really positive polite and friendly and give me options & what would happen next were explained and easily understood. This was completed in minutes he was so efficient. I received a text also giving info on the person attending and what would happen next.I wasn’t waiting an hour & as was described Charlie (Thomas) rang to confirm how long he would be & what to do next. He met me by my car & got to work right away. He was so friendly informative & made me feel at ease & safe. Unfortunately there was a fault with my OBD port , which he was unable to do. However he tried to speak his boss and colleagues for help. I had to ring The AA and after a few calls they came out within the hour and between them both I headed home.
Charlie stayed with me all the time and showed real concern about welfare & safety, very knowledgeable man. His kindness will never be forgotten. And also that of the man in the end the phone. To whom employed these people , I must congratulate you for your insight of employing such amazing people. Plus the bonus very reasonably priced too. Forever grateful

Key fob was left in the boot and the car locks itself after a short while! Called Key-assist and they were out within the hour. First class service! Both the advisor on the phone and the man who came out were very friendly and efficient. Positive experience.

I was given an approx time of day appointment and then was called by the locksmith when he was 1/2 hour away so that was helpful. He was very quick and sorted the problem very well with no fuss, on a Sunday as well

Whilst on holiday in Clevedon last week we unfortunately dropped our keys on the pier. Sadly they went between the planks and into the Bristol channel.
I was given the number of key assist by Green Flag.
I cannot praise this company enough for their professionalism and care. From the people manning the phones to the technician, they were all kindness itself.
Blaine, the locksmith called us to let us know he was on his way and was very reassuring regarding the keys. Once he had arrived it took him about 30 minutes to get us on our way. Thank you again for all your kindness and care.

My only car key was damaged by a mechanic at my usual garage and was not reliable anymore. I found the staff at Key Assist efficient and helpful, all was easy to arrange. I wasn't happy paying upfront but I needn't have worried. Jamie Steer rang me several times before arriving early, was extremely professional and explained everything carefully. Excellent professional service with great communication throughout. Josh was really helpful and got us back on the road in minutes. Saved all the hassle of booking low loader and deivering to garage. Hope we wont need this service again, but would re ommend.

I give 5 stars because the device and cost deserve that. I would say ok me thing was not made clear to me. I thought my ordinary key non wireless, would still work. Not the case. I have had another one cut now. Just a plain key. If I had an known this I would have ordered 2 new keys not one. Minor point not to detract from a great service at a good price. Date approx.

Very straight forward. Explained my issue and they had a locksmith to me with in 3 hours and I was given an update from the drive with a rough eta. Would recommend
