Do not use this company got 2 keys for my focus rs couldn't switch my alarm off i called clifford alarms they came to my car said the keys you got from keys assist messed up the security of the car so had to go to ford for another set of key fobs as the key fobs from key assist was unprogrammable so that's another 700 pound to put right

Sorry James I have to disagree with your interpretation of things. You state that I was refunded 1hr 45 mins after I decided not to proceed - please tell me how, 1) I would know this - crystal ball packed up, ESP on the blink. It was not showing in account. The last I heard was I have to speak to my manager and call you. 4 calls 3 emails later I recieved an email 23.10 2023 @1.35 after my last call stating that I had a refund. So please do not specify 1hr 35 mins as without knowing its not a lot of use. Also your company portrays it's a local business but I have found out its part of a massive call centre in Swansea that has lots of companies that they ack as advisors etc. I called as someone had stolen my fob for central locking. I didn't need a key but needed the fob reprogrammed. I was told this coukd be done, locksmith would be with me in 2 hrs and to pay £319.00 immediately. I was happy as I was having a new car in 2 days and could give it with auto central locking key. I waited and approx 30 mins before locksmith arrived, was called and told he couldn't do it as he coulnt get hold of my fob and there was a 2 month wait. I stared that I wanted a refund as k needed this done ASAP. The man I spoke to said he had to add speak to his manager to get this authorised and he would call me. 24 hrs later no call. I called the office back yesterday explained what happened and Jackie said she would get an email sent to me then. Still no email. I emailed again nothing. I phoned them today some 28 hrs after all this to ask what happened to my call and email. I was apologised to but told accounts don't work on Saturdays. I pointed out this all happened prior to 1.00 pm on Friday and why didn't I have a call an email as promised acknowledging my refund. Then that old chestnut, he had to speak to his manager, I stated for a small set up there seemed to be a lot of managers. I held and he came back to say they were sorry and this woukd be addresses first thing on Monday. I stated that if hi manager had xxxx he would speak to me himself. This led to a lot if waffle, he will speak to you but doesn't know much about this and it was another manager..... All these managers and not one with a name😉. So I explained that I had paid 319.00 I hood faith to have this work done, it was taken out of my account immediately but no one has the decency to fulfil their promises. I had to chase for this acknowledgement when none of this was my fault. I will wait till. Monday but I advise people too do your homework on these companies. I went to the dealership and thrh are cheaper and realistic on time scales. Look for another locksmith.

Absolutely amazing start to finish. The guy doing the job instant text contact .did the job on Sunday morning to fit our needs . Very professional service all the way through. Highly recommended service

Foolishly locked my keys in the boot. Despite it being late on a Friday afternoon Key assist had someone out within an hour and a half. The locksmith was very quick and got us on our way in no time at all. Excellent service.

Prompt service, found a locksmith in our local area that was able to free my two dogs, house & car keys from the car within 1/2 hour of me confirming the need.

The guy turned up with a little child in the van with him got into the car through the drivers door none of the others would open then he went to sit back in his van I had to climb through my car to the boot to get my own keys for 200quid the only bonus was he got the door to unlock

Locked myself out of car keys inside Googled this company in panic..on the phone very helpful and reassuring. Was told the chap who was coming to my aid would ring me to confirm and then again when 30 minutes away so I got a little worried when I didn't receive that first phone call. Again became worried when I rang office for help and noticed this to be in Swansea however I was again reassured. It was about 5 hours before anyone came to me he did ring when he was on his way and give me an ETA and he was on time. I live near enough to be able to get someone to drive me home and return to my car. It took no time at all to get me into my car and retrieve key. The chap was helpful efficient and polite.
Good service and I thought quite reasonable on price considering the amount of miles he covered that day.

Phoned a couple of car locksmiths who took all my details & then informed me that they didn't do keys to Dacia vehicles. What a waste of an hour! Came across Key Assist who admittedly were a little on the expensive side but were very efficient both on the phone & in replacing my key. Fantastic service, would recommend.

Once on the system, a local locksmith called me within a few minutes to say he'd be with me in about half an hour. True to his word he then got us up and running very quickly. He was also very friendly.

Amazing service from start to finish, came out the same day i called for a quote. Friendly, efficient, excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Very helpful on the phone and worked hard to find a locksmith who was able to attend to me fairly quickly. The locksmith was with me within 50 mins and I was back on the road within 1hr 30.

unfortunately lost my keys. Key assist was very quick to help. Technician came out and sorted it within one one day.. on a weekend too! Very happy with the service. Jordan was very helpful on the phone, even though he was having a bad day suffering from headaches he didn’t let this affect the service I received.

I can't say more good things about this company. I managed to lock my keys in the car like a stupid idiot. I was Stuck in a KFC car park with people staring at me, clawing at the window like a fat kid trying to get some cake. Called up key assist after having a look online. Got to me in about a hour and managed to get me into the car to retrieve the keys. Price was pretty reasonable especially with how quick they got out.

Very efficient. Sorted new car keys for me the next day . It cost a lot of money £290 , but I tried others and it was the same ..good communication from the technician Alex
