Constant spam calls and mails. Refuse to take me off contact list. Call again, and again, different numbers.
No respect.

I donated to Equal All,the person who i donated for told me that they have never received anything from the donation even after the donation period has long expired.When i emailed their team,suspiciously Ketto was the one who sent an automatic email saying they will respond,to which they never did.It seems that Equal All and Ketto are of the same charity SCAM organisation.do not donate anything to these organisations

Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that I am regularly receiving calls from 07039401357 & 9240238160 claiming they are from 'Ketto'.
I had already informed Ketto not to call me as I am suffering from Inflammatory Arthritis, Sleep Apnea, TMJ Disorder, and Anxiety Disorder.
I am still receiving calls from the above numbers when I am resting, causing me mental harassment, anxiety, disturbance and mental torture.
Instead of giving any donation, I should be compensated for causing me such health issues.
Only once I had made a donation because the person was known to me.
I do not receive any salary, and most of my earnings go toward doctors and medications.
I request you to refrain from calling me or I will take legal action and demand compensation.

I donated via Facebook after seeing one of their children advertised in a horrific state that really tugged on my heart strings. I now regret that decision as I'm harassed by cold callers and emails asking for obscene amounts in donations. When they first started calling I did a lot of research into them, and I have serious doubts any of the money from my original donation would have helped any worthy cause, and doubt they are a real charity at all

These people harass and emotionally blackmailed me to pay a quick 100s of pounds just because I donated a few times for a quick cause. Their tone is more on the demanding note than a requesting one. The owner networth as on 2022 was 180 odd crores. Why the hell can't he give instead of pushing us. ITS A PROPER SCAM GUYS. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

I donated once but when I tried to donate a second time they would not accept a donation of less that £25, which I found ridiculous. Oh, well - their loss. Then they began calling. When I stopped answering, they began WhatsApp ing. I followed the instructions in their message to unsubscribe and messaged STOP, I had peace for about two days, then they started texting again. I have now blocked them as this was bordering on harassment.

Pathetic app. They are calling and mailing everyday after a small donation for a friend, and asking for more money for other people. Stop annoying us please 🙏🙏🙏 Stop calling. Ketto is a very bad platform, calling people for money all the time.

Not only do they call you and email you constantly but they used my donation for a different cause than what I chose. It did not benefit the recipient I donated to. I already clicked the option that my donation was only meant for the child in the story. Unfortunately, my receipt states that it benefited another individual instead. I went back and looked at my other receipts from previous donations and noticed that this is a pattern. I understand india has millions of needy people but to switch my donation to person that they deem as more important or more worthy seems very fraudulent.

I have donated to the fundraiser but I came to know from the fundraiser that keto is not approving the bank accounts details for withdrawal. What is the use of donation when the fundraiser cannot use the amount?

Seems untrustworthy. After I donated Ketto wanted my Pan number for supposed tax benefits, but that seems very suspicious and like a scam

This is an awful untrustworthy company. I paid a donation once and now they won't leave me alone. They call me repeatedly and spamming me despite telling them I want to be off the call list. I am reporting ketto to ICO office and get them banned from the UK.

Absolutely ridiculous, they call and email me INCESSANTLY without the option to unsubscribe. I wish I had never given a single penny.

org pretending to be iCloud and running a phishing scam.

I never got a feedback after my donation, but felt pestered with calls for further donations. Reputation depends on the trust you generate. Surely, ketto failed to gain my trust.
