I instructed this firm for a conveyancing transaction in 2021. I am now in the process of selling the property, only to discover that they never updated the title deeds with HM Land Registry. For the past five years, the property has remained legally registered under the previous owner's name.

Had I passed away during this period, half of my property would have legally transferred to the seller, creating immense legal and financial risk.

Now, as a direct result of their failure, I am facing significant delays on my onward sale while trying to get this rectified. I have lodged a formal complaint, but their 8-week response window provides zero immediate relief for the disruption and stress they have caused.

Incompetent service, lack of basic oversight, and severe consequences for clients. I strongly advise using a different firm.
