James McKay handled my query regarding a holiday in the Caribbean.
He was efficient, polite and obviously well aware of the venue.
It's so nice to speak to someone in person rather than browsing endless menus on line.

Brilliant service, We looked online for our next summer vacation and Kenwood Travel popped up and the offer prices were very hard to beat, so once we had found everything we wanted (what was very easy online) we called Danny who talked through everything and got the best price. We did take 24hrs to decide if this is what we wanted, so we called Danny back the following day and got everything booked in. Brilliant, easy to use booking system. Fantastic service Danny.

Extremely knowledgeable about all sun siyam resorts, all questions via email was answered in a timely manner, speaking to Zeb in person was a pleasure and he even took the time to answer our children’s questions.

Based solely on my interactions, Kenwood missed an opportunity to show that they are a premium service in terms of customer experience. A change in the airline’s lounge arrangements could have been dealt with in a better way. Kenwood hid behind policies and procedures. A small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. I expected more from this brand.

Great customer service from Reshmee working through the booking requirements. The reservation portal was a little restrictive as I was unable to access whilst travelling which added an extra cog to the booking. Otherwise all good which is why we came back 🫡

Honestly cant fault Kenwood Travel. Booked our family trip to Dubai for august and from the first phone call they were so helpful. They sent over loads of options for flights and hotels and made it easy to compare instead of me spending hours faffing about online myself.

The hotel they sorted for us was lovely and the kids stayed and ate free which was a massive win for a family holiday. Everything ran smooth from the airport to checking in, which is rare when youre travelling with kids tbh.
The advisor we dealt with was sound throughout and answered everything without making us feel rushed. Already planning next years trip with them. Couldnt recommend them enough for Dubai.

The outstanding customer service and advise that I have received from Zoheb in the Asia holiday division has been amazing and beyond my expectations.

James was excellent in helping us organise the perfect trip. He tested endless options and gave solid advice to ensure we had the best possible combination of hotels and flights on our two centre Thailand trip at the right price. We've ended up with our dream trip at the best price we could find anywhere.

The first advisor I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately she was on leave when I tried to book my holiday.So I booked it with a different advisor who wasn't as helpful
